This is the best online bike parts supplier I've worked with in the past 3 years. Not only do they offer a vast selection of parts in stock but also offer different shipping options all of which are fairly priced and well timed. During the last months before the start of a racing season, I had to place almost daily orders of bits I had missing or upgrades needed. R2 were always ready to help, offer advise and support and discuss technical alternatives as needed. By far no other supplier comes near R2 - keep up the brilliant service guys

Customer service was useless. I informed them that one of my order is late (2weeks into the shipment), all they did was tell me to wait another 2 weeks before they can ask DHL. Their competitors once you request an investigation, will open one as soon as they get your request, R2 told me to wait 2 weeks, then wait another 3-5weeks for the investigation. Funny thing was, when I told them about the issue, I had a few more orders that were ordered from R2 before and after I made the order that still has not arrive, and all of those arrived in the estimated time, only this one has not, its been about 48days since my order and they are ignoring it, to force me to wait another 2-3weeks. Their competitors, BikeComponents and BikeDiscount has definitely better customer service and is overall a better shop.

I ordered SRAM GX Eagle AXS Upgrade Kit And unfortunately the delivery is very slow and is not carried out by the dhl delivery company these are transferred to the care of a local delivery company.

Thank you for your feedback. We inform you during the shipping process that it's possible DHL will transfer the parcel to a local delivery provider. Please note the information which is given from DHL for your tracking on their website. "NOTE: Due to effects of the COVID-19-pandemic the current transit time for Päckchen and Paket to your country of destination can be up to 16-26 days. Please find further information on the DHL information page." That means there is a delay in general for parcels to the country of destination. We offer for most items an Express service. Please check the availability during your order if a faster shipping is required. Best regards r2-bike

Thank you for your feedback. You get a weekly status update of your order by email. We ask you in the email if you would like to have a part delivery if all iems aren't ready to ship from stock. Please note that not every client want to have automatic part deliveries. Additionally it's given on our website that we usually send your order when all items are in stock. If you are reading this,you are very lucky before you place an order to them.I gurantee you that they are not trust-worthy people you can put your faith on. I just got threat from them saying they will let Germany authority handle it just because I complained about delay on delivery.Yes,conversation between me and them goes unpleasant because they could not keep their word although they said "6-8 business days" on DHL "Parcel",which that "Parcel" part has not been shown on my order confirmation screen which made me think express service. After I complained about "Parcel" service,suddenly express option shows up on order confirmation screen so they are aware or this problem. I filed refund request through Paypal and this trustedshops but trustedshops turned down my refund request because they said I am not EU resident. When seller failed to keep their word,of course buyer complain.If this is not acceptable,I think they should not be in retail business because it happen all time. I have given them choice to close this case by refund before it goes ugly like this but they refused so now you guys seeing this. r2-bike is not only option you have,there are other better and kind service like bike24,so I strongly suggest you look for option which wont cause headache I am having right now with r2-bike . I am quite done with them but not sure I got refund them successfully. I hope one in charge of decision making review this case and do right thing.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that we did not meet to your expectations. We state on our website a delivery time of up to 4 weeks for international shipments. https://r2-bike.com/shipping It's not an express service. During the checkout the shipping method is named as DHL. There is a further information about handling to local suppliers on destination country is possible. On your request 1,5 weeks after the shipment we told you that DHL given a standard delivery time from 6-8 days from export to import centre. We are sorry that DHL was not able to keep the date. In times of pandemic delays are unfortunately possible. The local supplier tried to deliver the parcel 3 weeks after leaving our our warehouse. As we state a delivery time up to 4 weeks this is just in time. Best regards r2-bike

I ordered a specialist part for my bike and r2-bike dispatched the wrong part. I ordered a pawl system freehub and they sent me a rachet system freehub. So my bike remains inoperable. I contacted them to have this resolved and they haven't responded. I attach the pictures of the item from their website and a picture of the item that I received. Most bike people would be able to tell the difference. A good bike shop would know. Very disappointed. Ich habe ein Fachteil für mein Fahrrad bestellt und r2-bike hat das falsche Teil verschickt. Ich habe einen Freilauf mit Sperrklinkensystem bestellt und sie haben mir einen Freilauf mit Ratschensystem zugeschickt. Somit bleibt mein Fahrrad funktionsunfähig. Ich habe sie kontaktiert, um das Problem zu lösen, und sie haben nicht geantwortet. Ich füge die Bilder des Artikels von ihrer Website und ein Bild des Artikels bei, den ich erhalten habe. Die meisten Fahrradfahrer würden den Unterschied erkennen. Ein guter Fahrradladen würde es wissen. Sehr enttäuscht.

Ordered the item that was listed as in stock. A week later after chasing for confirmation of a delivery date I am told it’s not in stock for another 10 weeks. Not happy.

Improve your customer service and you shipping policy we consumers buy high end products from you to sent with DHL from germany to our house and not to the local post office so that it might get lost or damaged we are willing to pay more as long as we get our goods fast safe and secure

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that you had circumstances with the delivery of your order. Most of the deliveries from DHL and UPS are deliveries from door to door (we guess almost 99%). Only in rare cases you have to pick up your parcel from a local post office. Reasons among others are: the delivery supplier didn't get you at home or you live in a region with a thin infrastructure. Unfortunately it's not in our hands. The delivery supplier decides when they deliver the parcel to a local post office. We ask for your understanding. Best regards r2-bike

Didn’t receive it , the 5 working days become more than 12 days and it going up No body knows where it’s DHL said hand over to local carrier and local carriers said didn’t receive it …….

With the arrival in the destination country it's available for tracking of the local courier. At the moment of your review the parcel was 6 days on it's way.
