Customer service was useless. I informed them that one of my order is late (2weeks into the shipment), all they did was tell me to wait another 2 weeks before they can ask DHL.
Their competitors once you request an investigation, will open one as soon as they get your request, R2 told me to wait 2 weeks, then wait another 3-5weeks for the investigation.
Funny thing was, when I told them about the issue, I had a few more orders that were ordered from R2 before and after I made the order that still has not arrive, and all of those arrived in the estimated time, only this one has not, its been about 48days since my order and they are ignoring it, to force me to wait another 2-3weeks.
Their competitors, BikeComponents and BikeDiscount has definitely better customer service and is overall a better shop.
