This is the best online bike parts supplier I've worked with in the past 3 years. Not only do they offer a vast selection of parts in stock but also offer different shipping options all of which are fairly priced and well timed. During the last months before the start of a racing season, I had to place almost daily orders of bits I had missing or upgrades needed. R2 were always ready to help, offer advise and support and discuss technical alternatives as needed. By far no other supplier comes near R2 - keep up the brilliant service guys

Customer service was useless. I informed them that one of my order is late (2weeks into the shipment), all they did was tell me to wait another 2 weeks before they can ask DHL. Their competitors once you request an investigation, will open one as soon as they get your request, R2 told me to wait 2 weeks, then wait another 3-5weeks for the investigation. Funny thing was, when I told them about the issue, I had a few more orders that were ordered from R2 before and after I made the order that still has not arrive, and all of those arrived in the estimated time, only this one has not, its been about 48days since my order and they are ignoring it, to force me to wait another 2-3weeks. Their competitors, BikeComponents and BikeDiscount has definitely better customer service and is overall a better shop.

El envío con DHL un desastre. Entro en el enlace del seguimiento que me enviaron al correo y pone que el paquete hace dos días que ya ha llegado. Llamo a DHL a un número 902 de pago a ver que pasa con mi paquete, sale una locución y me dice que el tiempo estimado de espera es de 5 minutos, cuelgo y busco en internet donde está el centro de DHL más cerca de mi zona, me voy para allá en coche, les digo mi código de seguimiento y me dicen que el paquete está en un kiosco cerca de mi zona, pone que han pasado por mi casa y no había nadie, MENTIRA porque hemos estado en casa, y me dicen que han tenido que dejar en el buzón un aviso diciendo donde está el paquete, (EN EL BUZÓN NO HABIA NINGÚN AVISO) Menos mal que me dio por ir al centro de mensajeria de DHL, si no me quedo sin paquete porque no habría sabido donde estaba. Encima yo en mis datos de R2-Bike tengo mi móvil puesto, y me dijeron que R2-Bike no había facilitado mi número de móvil y no me podían llamar. Vamos, un desastre.

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that the delivery is not in our hands. We are sorry that you have problems with your delivery. We recommend to check the given tracking information regularly. According to your tracking DHL didn't reach the day and delivers the parcel some hours later to a service point for pick up. Best regards r2-bike

When I made the purchase there was still one unit available... after 5 five days they answer me telling that the unit only will be available by the end of january 2022! At least they got the money back to me quickly... that's why I give them 2 stars.
