Been a returning customer with this online shop R2bike... Superior price on their premium products that is unparalleled with some others that i shop with. Quick shipping... Excellent customer service..just that there is one occasion that i requested a R2tuned STICKERS which is actually included for free in every purchase.... That i have been buying different stuff from them; so assumed that they would give 2 stickers. But it turns out there is only one sticker and a HARIBO sweets in the box instead of 2 stickers for my bikes... Yikes!!!

I placed an order but immediately cancelled it following the r2-bike.com instructions for claims and cancellations. Regardless, the order was sent anyway, I did not pick up the parcel and now after almost 3 weeks my money are not returned yet. Furthermore the personnel is rude and disrespectful, blaming me for the fact I follow the instructions given by the website!!! I still have not received my funds and frankly I doubt I will, but I will report this merchant to my bank, I hope this will help their “business” reputation.

Customer service is great! Fast responding and very friendly.Shipment departement is bad. Takes to long after ordering before the goods being shipped.

We've cancelled the item at your request. Order has been shipped after 2 days from order date. Yes it's correct we are able to do this faster.
