This is the best online bike parts supplier I've worked with in the past 3 years. Not only do they offer a vast selection of parts in stock but also offer different shipping options all of which are fairly priced and well timed. During the last months before the start of a racing season, I had to place almost daily orders of bits I had missing or upgrades needed. R2 were always ready to help, offer advise and support and discuss technical alternatives as needed. By far no other supplier comes near R2 - keep up the brilliant service guys

Customer service was useless. I informed them that one of my order is late (2weeks into the shipment), all they did was tell me to wait another 2 weeks before they can ask DHL. Their competitors once you request an investigation, will open one as soon as they get your request, R2 told me to wait 2 weeks, then wait another 3-5weeks for the investigation. Funny thing was, when I told them about the issue, I had a few more orders that were ordered from R2 before and after I made the order that still has not arrive, and all of those arrived in the estimated time, only this one has not, its been about 48days since my order and they are ignoring it, to force me to wait another 2-3weeks. Their competitors, BikeComponents and BikeDiscount has definitely better customer service and is overall a better shop.

3 orders from this shop. They are not thieves or cheaters. However they are not dependable or responsive at all. One order was just never shipped, cancelled after asking via email. One order shipped next day - great. Third order shipped after a few days. Never answer phone. Never answer emails. No chat on website. You will not lose your money. Maybe they will ship, maybe not. Maybe soon, maybe not. You will never be able to talk to them and ask them what is going on.

I returned this item, but shop did not refund me for shipping dont know why. Also refund took way too long, package was delivered on 2.7. back to shop and i got refund on 12.7.

Thank you for your feedback. According to the tracking we've got the return parcel on Monday 4th of July. We have finished the process of your return on 7th of July. The refund was done one day later. Of course it will take some days until you have the money on your account. You have returned the items 2,5 month after receiving. We refund the shipping costs only within the right of withdrawal. The opportunity of 100 days return is a voluntary service. Additionally we provide you a label for free return shipping. We think the process time is approriate and the return conditions are customer friendly, isn't it? ;-) Best regards r2-bike

Delivery was a little slow and I don’t think it was Covid related. Maybe R2 should offer a slightly more expensive (and faster) delivery option

They delivered the goods after 2 weeks to your home door. That is a good average shipping time for the country of destination. Please note that shipping times can always vary.
