Thank you for your feedback. We shipped your order in less than 1 day. For the EU shipping with DHL we state a delivery time of 2-6 business days. Yours was delivered in 5 days. If you need a faster shipping you can try UPS which is often a bit faster. For most the items we offer DHL Express shipping too. Best regards r2bike

Thank you for your feedback. We can send items immediately which are specified as "available from stock". All other status indicate a delivery time from the supplier/manufacturer. You can get more information when you click on the grey info button next the the delivery status. Your ordered items were shown with a short delivery time. Unfortunately the delivery time was a bit longer than indicated. Items were available again one day after your cancellation. Sorry for the delay and circumstances. Best regards r2bike

Thank you for your feedback. Shipping times and prices are quite complicate. There are a lot of aspects to be considered. I try to explain a bit. We state on our website a delivery time of 1-4 weeks for international orders. For our shipments we use DHL Premium. It's the fastest DHL option after DHL Express. The shipping time can vary because of limited capacities of air flights. That means the delivery time from door to door is 2 weeks and the next time it will be 4 weeks. A variation is possible. If your order from CRC or Wiggle was delivered between 4-5 days, it's an express delivery. These companies subsidise your shipping costs. This is great for the customer, but in terms of economic issues rather bad. If you check the CRC, Wiggle website they only ship in the UK anymore. If you get your order super fast without paying for it, it means you maybe pay more elsewhere (mainly products) or the company subsidise your shipment.
