Thank you for your feedback. Shipping times and prices are quite complicate. There are a lot of aspects to be considered. I try to explain a bit. We state on our website a delivery time of 1-4 weeks for international orders. For our shipments we use DHL Premium. It's the fastest DHL option after DHL Express. The shipping time can vary because of limited capacities of air flights. That means the delivery time from door to door is 2 weeks and the next time it will be 4 weeks. A variation is possible. If your order from CRC or Wiggle was delivered between 4-5 days, it's an express delivery. These companies subsidise your shipping costs. This is great for the customer, but in terms of economic issues rather bad. If you check the CRC, Wiggle website they only ship in the UK anymore. If you get your order super fast without paying for it, it means you maybe pay more elsewhere (mainly products) or the company subsidise your shipment. In case of Wiggle/CRC it seems this wasn't a good idea. If you need your order faster, we offer an DHL Express service for you. Unfortunately only with upcharge. Any questions? Please note that your parcel will be shipped by air to the country of destination. Waiting for the next flight is the biggest period within the entire shipping process.
