Ordering was so simple and straightforward. The puzzles arrived on time despite being ordered very close to Christmas, and the quality was really fantastic - they look and feel like the best jigsaws you would buy anywhere.
I would have liked it to be easy to save puzzles during the ordering process so you could come back to them if you need to leave during the process, but other than that the service was flawless.

Puzzle you offer an exceptional service....Then ruin it by sending the gift in a box with 'Puzzle You' written all over it......A Christmas present for my wife is now ruined, because she accepted the delivery and it was blatantly obvious what the gift was..........A little forethought from a company who's products will be 99.9% gifts would have been nice!

You probably might have had activated the auto-fill function while filling in the address, as there was an error in the address details, which prevented AnPost from delivering your parcel. We have now forwarded the right address to AnPost, so that they can deliver your parcel now soon.

Would it b possible to send out the box with the original picture on it as I taught I was getting gift wrapping paper on the box not the box to b the gift wrapping I would b very grateful as I have had at least 10 to 20 puzzles of yourselfs just check the address to confirm puzzle ref number PIE-01629567

As I bought two jigsaws as Christmas presents for family members ,, I have not even taken them out of delivery wrappers yet ,, so cannot really comment,, other than to say I received very quickly,, and packaging appeared very good

I have used this company a number of times for personalised jigsaws. The production is really fast and of high quality. I particularly like the tracking of delivery. I recently bought a frame too and it is excellent.

I ordered a frame for a jigsaw gifted to me. It was easy to order and arrived on time, securely packaged.
Whilst I haven't yet put the jigsaw in the frame it looks like it will firmly hold it in place when I do.
