A simpel oil filter was ordered two weeks ago, and still hasn’t arrived. I got a message that they apologized, and replied that they should cancel my order since I would have to get it somewhere else. This was 5 days ago and still no answer. So now I am probably ending up with an extra filter, since I had to buy one form another place (day to day delivery btw). Not shopping here again.

Satisfied with the product, BUT .. you have to be more precise when packing and sending!!!! We order because we need something .. and except to be able to to use when receiving!!! But mine was missing 8 small nuts and had to find these elsewhere as we were leaving the same day and you sent those to me but 3 days after still not here … so pls check before send that things are actually in the box

The watch I got for my motorcycle is really nice and lives up to my expectations.
I do have a small complaint about the shipping itself, however. When I received the package, it was thrown into my neighbor's driveway at the same time that I received an email saying that I had received the package.
I was at home and there was no knock on my door or other attempt at contact.
At the same time, the package was half open when I found it lying on the ground in the neighbor's driveway....
I don't think the item was damaged, but it was lucky it hadn't fallen out.

Der kunne godt havde været nogle brugsvejledninger med de købte ting og ikke bare den nummerplade holder mm.
Desuden lå tingene bare løst i kassen, inden skum eller pap så det købte ikke blev kastet rundt i kassen.
