Perfect price and service from Spain.
But in Bulgaria the courier is not good. I don't get my clothes in time. They send me viber sms, but they don't deliver my clothes on this day. I stay at home and wait the courier but he doesn't come. On the next day I have new viber sms and at the afternoon I take my clothes. That was very unpleasant. Please change the courier firm in Bulgaria. They are disgusting.

The prices are good, especially during promotions. The website is quick and easy to use. Terrible delivery
Great quality of product and classy style. Unfortunately, the UPS delivery was terrible. They call you 2 times with 5 min range and if you do not answer they do not visit the address. Even if you return their call they do not answer. Afterwards for my address they tell you in a message to go pick up the package from a Petshop or it will be returned

Good design, but declining quality
I like the design of the clothes and the fact that you make clothes for girls higher than 162 cm.
What I really don't like is the significant decline in the quality of the materials in the recent years. In the last year I've several times purchased items that look like from a Chinese shop - cheap materials, no paddings for the dresses, really quality going down - prices not.
