Review summary
Customers consistently praise the high quality, craftsmanship, and durability of the products, as well as their stylish, unique, and modern designs. The shoes are frequently described as comfortable and fitting well. Fast delivery and prompt shipping are highlighted as strong points. Customer service is generally viewed as helpful, responsive, and accommodating, and the return process is mostly considered smooth. Communication regarding orders and shipping is typically clear and timely. Some customers mention issues with delicate materials or minor defects in the products. Sizing concerns, such as tightness or the lack of half sizes, are noted. A few users report communication issues with customer service or experience slow refunds. The need to pay for return shipping, unclear return instructions, and occasional missing information or unclear language options in communications are also identified as areas for improvement.

The 3rd Pair of Nubikk
I just bought the 3rd pair of Nubikk sneakers. I have been very enthusiastic about this model from the start. The quality is absolutely flawless. Finally, a leather shoe from Europe that is excellently wearable. Huge compliments to the manufacturers.

I am now buying Nubikk's for the 3rd time. Super solid shoes. I was, however, disappointed with the last pair of shoes as they did not have a leather sole. I find that particularly unfortunate. I couldn't verify this in advance on the website.

Thank you for your great 5-star review, we are very pleased with it, Frank!\n\nIt's nice to hear that you are choosing NUBIKK for the third time and are satisfied with the quality of our shoes. On our website, it is stated for each model where the shoes and soles are made and which materials are used. The soles used in this model have been used by us for more than 6 years due to comfort, light wearing experience, and durability.\n\nWe will, of course, take your feedback on the information provision into account, so we can make this even clearer on the product page if necessary. Enjoy your new pair of NUBIKKs.

Billy Lou sneakers - amazing buy!
Amazing sneakers - solid but soft leather, very comfortable sole, extra laces in the package (for beige Billy Lou model), size fits well. Fast shipping. So far very pleased with the product.

Beautiful soft leather.
Distinguish themselves from other brands.
First bought a pair in a store for the size, they are large.

I am actually happy with everything.
The shoe is easy to keep clean.
Only the front is susceptible to damage.
But I have already purchased two pairs.
And I would actually like another pair.
But I'm hesitating a bit.

Hi Jeroen,
Thank you for your lovely 5-star review!
It's great to hear you're so happy with the Roque Roman sneakers and already have two pairs.
Nice that they are easy to keep clean, although we understand you're a bit more careful with the front.
We secretly hope you'll order another pair soon 😉
Enjoy wearing them!

The shoes are very tight. I never had such tight shoes in my life to be honest, and I wear same shoe size literally everywhere (have also quite narrow feet) Generally, I think the shoes are very unhealthy for foot health. They are very beatiful and the fabric feels very good quality. So sad that they are very bad structured. I would never buy again unfortunately

We’re happy to hear that you appreciate the design and quality of the materials. We hope to welcome you again in the future!

Nice shoes with a good fit.
Nice shoes. The first pair had very soft leather and was quickly damaged. Now they are much stronger. Beautiful modern shoes with a good fit.
