Review summary
Customers consistently praise the exceptional taste, rich flavor, and premium quality of the chocolates. The fast, reliable, and often ahead-of-schedule delivery service is frequently highlighted, along with careful, protective, and elegant packaging that includes cooling packs. Many reviewers mention that Neuhaus chocolates are well-received as gifts, particularly appreciating their presentation for special occasions. Customers also value the ability to choose or build their own box and find the online ordering process easy, with clear navigation and reliable updates. Most customers report positive, responsive, and helpful customer service. Some customers express concerns about the packaging branding revealing gifts. Additionally, while the option to build your own box is appreciated, there are requests for more choices or an easier selection process. A few reviewers have experienced issues with lost deliveries or communication problems with customer service.

Superb quality and service
The chocolate is of fantastic quality and the service is excellent with the product shipped and to your door in just a few days a lovely selection of pralines and flavours to choose from and very decadent. They are expensive in comparison to mass produced branded products but you will only need to have 1 or 2 at a time to satisfy your chocolate craving and there is no awful mouth feel unlike the mass produced products that use palm oil because it is cheaper. You are getting a high quality chocolate and a high content of cocoa. I would highly recommend purchasing for special gifts or just as a treat to spoil yourself. The best part is that you can either buy a pre packaged selection or you can build your own box with your own choice of chocolates which comes in 2 different sizes.

I will give you a splendid review, but please don’t fly away into the clouds. Ok? Here we go:
I adore your chocolate, it’s transcendentally good. The price to quality ratio is more than fair. The opportunity to select the content of one’s own chocolate box is a stroke of genius. I hate buying a box of chocolate only to have to disregard the pesky pieces which taste of mocca or alcohol. It seems wasteful.
Your logistics is ridiculously good. An order often arrives in Sweden within two days. How is that even possible?
Within the world of chocolate you are the best. Simply the best. Now – please stay humble.

Selten so gute Schokolade gegessen.

Very pleased with my order. The packaging was very carefully done, and the delivery arrived right on time — even a little earlier than expected. I especially appreciated that the chocolates were delivered in a cooling bag, which was such a thoughtful touch. The bag itself is also very stylish and practical, so it can definitely be reused.
And of course, the chocolates were delicious! I sent them as a gift to a friend, and she absolutely loved them. A lovely experience overall, from the packaging and delivery to the quality of the chocolates

Beautiful chocolates….
When I travel to London I pop into the St Pancras store and buy the gorgeous Neuhaus chocolates there. However, I often have the chocolates shipped directly from Belgium to my home in England via the excellent 48hr service that this company provides. The chocolates are dispatched with cooling packs so even in warm weather the chocolates arrive in perfect condition. Some people may wonder why I go to the trouble of buying chocolates from Belgium when I live in England?!! Well, it’s simply because Neuhaus produce the best chocolates that you can buy anywhere in the world. The chocolates are exceptionally good, perfect in every way and of the highest quality.

The quality is undeniable. They are luxury chocolates that never disappoint. And the delivery service and use of website is first rate. When I want to send a proper chocolate treat, Neuhaus is my first port of call.
Only disappointment was quite a few options were out of stock otherwise I would have ordered more.

I have been a chocoholic since childhood in the Welsh mining valleys. These chocolates gave me a thrill that I haven’t had for years. Absolutely superb. I’d read a review of them in TheGuardian, and wasn’t sure I would like the unusual ingredients, but I’ve had to throw them in the basement for a while to stop me eating the box. My day now revolves around when I’ll be tasting them next. Treat yourself!

A very special treat
The Timeless Masterpieces Ballotin was ordered for a special birthday and is absolutely delicious. Great selection of chocolates and a wonderful gift. Arrived in good time with good packaging and beautiful presentation bag. My second time of gifting these chocolates and extremely well received both times.

Simply the Best
I have bought Anna, my wife, chocolates for many years. I first tried Neuhaus a couple of years ago & they are without doubt her favourites. The quality of the chocolate - especially dark, her favourites - is just that bit better than the best of the rest. Added to that the unique artistry and perfection in presentation - they are simply the best.

Neuhaus is my newly discovered favourite brand of chocolates! The chocolate has a lovely snap when you bite into it and the chocolate is rich and smooth. As a lover of dark chocolate, I am delighted Neuhaus has several dark chocolate selections. I savour every bite!

Love the chocolates but for a premium brand I would recommend to change the delivery company to DHL Express or UPS because DHL ecommerce / parcel is not the best, you said when I bought the chocolates 2 days and they came in 3 days. I have missed the day I wanted to offer the chocolates

I have been ordering chocolates for sometime time. Each order has been delivered promptly and the chocolates are simply heavenly. I made the mistake of ordering chocolates from another chocolatier as I was enticed by the packaging. Never again! Neuhaus for every occasion!

Wife and daughter love the chocs but......
My wife and daughter, who I buy Neuhaus chocolates for, adore them. Harrods was a good store to buy them from but you have closed this outlet. As both my girls like a 'hand picked selection' buying on-line is complicated. I purchased some Neuhaus 'accessories' on-line recently but because my full address was not printed on the delivery label (by Neuhaus) , the courier was unable to deliver. This meant the delivery was late (not important in this case as non-chocs were concerned) but the Emails and phone calls to correct the problem 'soured' the experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re delighted to hear how much your wife and daughter enjoy our chocolates, especially their hand picked selections. We’re sorry that the recent delivery issue made your online experience more complicated than it should have been. We’ll contact you to look into what happened and help ensure a smoother experience in the future. 🍫❤️

Delivery was particularly slow.
Whilst I understand that the company advertises that the item will be delivered within 2-3 working days, my order took 7 days to arrive. I do find the £7 delivery fee to be quite extortionate given the length of time the order took to arrive. Moreover, the courier DHL informed me the package would be delivered on 23/7, gave me a timeslot, and then failed to turn up. The item was eventually delivered 24hrs later. What is the point of handing out time slots if they can't stick to it?
Reply from neuhauschocolates.com
Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand your disappointment with the longer delivery time and the missed DHL timeslot. Due to the exceptionally warm weather, some shipments were delayed to help ensure our chocolates arrived in the best possible condition. We will contact you directly to look into your delivery and provide further clarification.

Whilst the chocolates are always superb and my absolute favourites to the exclusion of others, this was the first time ordering online. The posting information was excellent but when I received them the boxes were so badly squashed and ripped I was reluctant to open them, I was very relieved when all contents of the £300 order were in good condition, I will still continue to buy these excellent products but will try to buy from shop or indeed Belgium which I visit with my family regularly. This is not the fault of the supplier but the couriers who handle them

Thank you so much for your loyalty and kind words about our chocolates! ❤️ We're delighted to hear that they remain your favourites, but we're very sorry that your first online delivery was disappointing. Even though the chocolates arrived in perfect condition, we understand how concerning it must have been to receive damaged packaging, especially with such a significant order. We truly appreciate your understanding and will share your feedback with our delivery partner. We look forward to welcoming you again, whether online or in one of our boutiques! 🍫

Signature Icons Advent Calendar
I ordered the Signature Icons Advent Calendar. It is such a beautiful and luxurious packaging - and I already know how delicious those chocolates. Simply the best!
I can't wait for my mom to open the box (it's a gift for her) on the 1st of December.

High-quality pralines
Aside from the top-notch quality of the chocolates, the service is impeccable. We’ve just had some very hot days, yet my package still arrived chilled and in perfect condition.
I lived in Belgium for several years, and Neuhaus chocolates were always my first choice—whether for my own enjoyment or as a gift.

I was delighted with the service and how quickly my order arrived. I bought the chocolates as a gift but I know how good Neuhaus chocolate is so the recipients are bound to be delighted. Especially pleased with the gift bag and card.
