Dear Sir:
I placed an order on september 7th and requested, if possible, that it be delivered on sunday, september 10th, as it was my daughter's birthday. I was informed that sunday deliveries were not available, but that it would be delivered within 3 business days.
They never told me that the order had to be shipped from Belgium and that i would have to wait 4 business days for delivery. Today is tuesday, september 12th, and according to the tracking, it has not yet arrived in the UK.
I find this lack of professionalism on the company's part. it would have been more professional to inform the customer that they could not deliver the order on the requested date because it was shipping from Belgium.
I placed this order at this store due to its proximity to where my daughter is studying, but I made a mistake. next time, I will shop at Harrods, as they guaranteed timely delivery.

Amazing chocolates but delivery is by ups and requires a signature, so be prepared for it to go to a random pick up point if you have a job.

The quick delivery. And that I at last have found a possibility to buy my favourite tastes gianduja (Cornets) and almond and nut praliné (bars) in separate packages so I don’t have to buy a whole box with mixed pieces to get some favourites. Now I know what to buy! So I’m pleased!

One of the best chocolate products I have tasted. Super fast delivery to the UK (3 days), well packaged and amazingly good chocolates that are well worth the price. Look good and the gift box packaging excellent. For me, I don't know what you could do better.
