Received damaged product. Tried to resolve this by contacting customer support via telephone, I was requested to send an email to pme-legend, after approx. two weeks still no response from pme-legend. They really need to improve quality control of products before sending products out (prevent sending clothes with multiple stains). Also, improvement of customer support is required, in case of problems they need to ensure quick & proper solving the issues.
