Order placed 13 APR for items that were supposedly in stock. Now almost 3 weeks later and the items have still not been shipped. I have followed up numerous times and also requested partial shipment for those items that are in stock. But they are always just a few days away from shipping, until those few days pass and still nothing.

Shipment held up in US customs due to inadequate paperwork. Contacted Easy Surf for support, and so far they have done nothing to remedy the problem but blame FedEx. FedEx says they've tried to contact the company twice, and left messages detailing the missing information from the paperwork, but have gotten no response.

We have procedure and always attach inv, to the package & online system; without it we can’t proceed with shipment. I am really sorry that Fedex failed.I hope you won’t have problems with shopping from EU in the future. We are doing our best to solve problems it the 1st place. Finally your package after 1 month (3.8 already inSeattle) will be delivered to you tomorrow. Wish U all the best ES Team
They are trying to sell the product that is not in stock. They say they couldn't get paid to save time. Reaching by phone is impossible if they don't want to. I tried every possible way, but none of them gave an honest answer.

Made two orders of items that seemed to be available, paid for the items and a couple of days ago they said that the items were not available. They refunded my money but to to currency exchange, I lost about 50 euros
