Fast shipping. Everything came as ordered. No mix-up in sizes or in colours. What could be improved is reduction in a number of confirmation e-mails after the order. I received almost 10 e-mails. Just two should be enough, one with the title "the order was received" (which should also confirm the payment, because without the payment the order wouldn't be accepted) , and other titled "the order was shipped". Eventually the third "the order was delivered".

We are sorry that you ordered the goods at the last moment before your trip.
We never recommend such a solution and even advise against placing an order in such cases, but that was your decision.
By ordering at the last minute, you took a risk. We did our best to send the package as quickly as possible.
After shipping, the package was in the Czech Republic on 28.06, which is within the agreed 3-day timeframe.
For the future, we recommend allowing an extra day to avoid any stress.
We are always helpful, but we don't have miracles, magic, or supernatural powers among our skills yet ;)

Problems account owner's address and delivery address differ
You have problems when account owner's address and delivery address are different. The delivery address was properly used, but phone number of account owner was used. This is extremely inconvenient when you wish to buy and deliver a present for your friend. See order no. 1019829.
