Communication prior to the order placement - excellent. Order execution - excellent. Quality of the product - excellent.
Improvement areas:
- instructions to upload covers (of the book) unclear, you can hardly manage ityourself and are uncertain of the effects until consulted with the operator - should be as user friendly as the main content
- invoice is "no go" in its payment section: if paid by credit card upfront (i.e. on the order placement), the invoice should clearly state it ("paid in full") instead of "Outstanding amount to be paid: PLEASE DO NOT PAY" - which is neither adequate, nor gramatically correct (amount is a number) - and it raises suspicions on whether the service had already been paid or maybe it is free of charge (DO NOT PAY!).

Always great, outstanding quality and service, thank you:) only issue in the past is that the matte white labels have extremely weak glue and it doesn't stick properly neither to paper nor glass. Other companies have the option to choose the strength of the glue for each label material type

Very Good Print and Quality
Everything was perfect, except one small mistake, which is most probably the mistake from designer/editor, that came after review. I did not notice it at first and it is very subtle at the back of the print, anyways still present.

excessively long production times
When your website states that the production time is three business days, but the order takes almost two weeks, that is unacceptable. Many people rely on printed materials for important events and conferences, as was the case for us. This situation caused us a great deal of stress.
Of course, we appreciate your staff for responding to our questions and staying in touch, but overall, such a delay in delivery timelines is not acceptable.

Issue with Cover Print Color Accuracy
I’ve been happy with all my previous orders — the quality and color accuracy were great. However, in the most recent order, there was a significant deviation in the cover color. It looks noticeably different from the previous prints, even though the same files and settings were used. I contacted support and sent a copy at my own expense for review, but they don’t seem in a hurry to offer any solution.
