I did really appreciate the friendly web interface in use to share the data about the design, the content, and the choices concerning paper materials. I did also appreciate the initiative and suggestions of improvement given by designers for the finalization of the book. I was really glad and satisfied with the final product. See we soon for other works. Best regards, P. Joassin from Belgium.

The only complaint is the enormous increase in postage costs (from 20 € to 60 € for the same weight, destination etc... which is insane!), other production costs also increased quite a lot (around 20 % for the same product parameters). Relying on AI also proves a two-edged sword, as it makes the wrong assumptions, human eyes should always be used to check.

Good day,
thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to write it. We understand your frustration regarding the increase in shipping and production costs – unfortunately, these changes are due to current pricing conditions and logistics expenses. The 6€ difference in shipping costs is related to the increase in rates by the shipping company. Additionally, the weight of the package differed by 7 kg because the books in these two orders have a different number of pages, which also affected the price.
Regarding the use of AI, we truly appreciate your remark. We would like to emphasize that our company’s pricing is not based on AI. On the contrary, we always prioritize good working relationships with our customers and prompt communication. We have sales representatives ready to answer any questions and provide guidance even before placing an order, so you can have full confidence and support.
Human oversight is truly essential.
Thank you for your understanding and trust.

Excellent! But add different languages :D
I liked the processing and shipment speed and precision. The production quality was excellent and the photos were clear and high quality printed. The layout builder was quite easy to use and gave me wide opportunities to personalize my calendar.
Surely the next time i will again use your service. Something that could be better is the fact that the calendar wasn't available in other languages than English. I would really like the option to change the language of days, months and to automatically add public holidays from that state (ex. Italy, for my case).

the book missed colours on pages what was really important to feel the magic without its colour it is grey no feeling to feel magic....
we send how we wanted and everything mentioned right....you send to control specific number of pages so we just control them you send....and not the other pages cause we asumed there was no problem.with them...
i had to save a lot for bringing this book out and i cant sell them without the magic...all my money and lifework has turned into garbage...your fould not ours we send it in right from the beginning and all i get is 100 euro in return en 20procent af for reprint...you should print them for free it is your fault and the trust is gone so what should i pay again for something that should have been right from the first time...just do what people ask you to do and how you get it in not change how you want it...i was the creator and costumor you had to check it all not us...you let me down
