The item was as described, but the delivery service could be improved. I understand that this is an external factor, but it should still be reflected in the estimated delivery date. Due to the delay, the item arrived one week after the date I needed it.

I paid for 2 day delivery but after 2 days the packages wasn’t departed the facility. They refund me the delivery cost without asking them to do it or complain about this. The package arrived after two days. Everything was as I order them.

The T shirt I ordered was of great quality and the design was very beautiful. It was delivered in just two days, I couldn't believe it.

- article personnalisé initialement commandé en vert finalement indisponible alors qu’il est resté affiché sur le site, - couleurs de broderie différentes des visuels et du reste du produit, - typographies incohérentes entre l’avant et l’arrière (également différentes des visuels présentés sur le site), - erreurs sur les prénoms brodés (un prénom comportant une faute d'orthographe, un accent supprimé sur le deuxième prénom, et tiret disparu entre les deux prénoms, soit 3 fautes en deux mots...), - délai de livraison dépassé de plus d’une semaine. Le plus choquant reste la modification arbitraire du prénom. Lorsqu’on vend des produits personnalisés en Europe, il est essentiel de respecter exactement les prénoms fournis par les clients, sans les “corriger” parce qu'ils ne sont pas courants en France. En résumé, un cumul d’erreurs et un manque global de sérieux et de professionnalisme, jusque dans les réponses du service client qui a lui aussi réussi à mal écrire mon prénom (qui pourtant est bien français).

The text on the cap is not as requested. It looks like our children’s names are one. I requested a dot between the names, but there isn’t one and the quality of the text is really poor compared to the images online. However, maybe that is what could be expected at that price level
