Good products
The site is easy to use, the process to create the product was fast, communication good. End product is as expected. However, I paid extra for one day delivery - order was dispatched on the Wednesday evening so should have arrived on Friday, but it did not arrive until Tuesday. I guess that’s down to the logistics provider (UPS) but it’s a bit unfair to have paid extra for a faster delivery when using normal delivery would probably have given the same result
