EXPRESTA is definitely the best! I recently ordered business cards and wasted countless hours, I went through unbelievable frustration and annoyance with a well-known universal company. After 10 days I cut the cord and discovered EXPRESTA.EU They are efficient, quick, thorough, without confusion and numerous instructions, polite and caring. A company where you will deal with a human and receive personalised attention. Unlike so many where auto-mails are all that one receives. I am delighted with my business cards and I highly recommend Expresta.

I've had terrible experience throughout. First i was promised delivery date of Thursday. Then the order did not proceed for processing because now they needed an additional confirmation. I luckily checked the online account the next day otherwise I wouldn't have known as I did not get any email to approve. Anyways, now the delivery date was Friday. I was waiting patiently but it did not ship out due to some technical issue apparently. Now the order shipped on Friday. I kept pleading the customer care guy to ship it early so I atleast get by Saturday. The delivery date was showing on Tuesday next week. My anniversary was on Saturday and I missed my gift. Fast forward, I go to office on Monday as I know the order will come on Tuesday but then dhl decided to deliver on Monday and as I wasn't home, they went back. I had to finish work and then head over to dhl before they closed to collect the parcel. I sent an escalation email too and it's been days I've not heard from anyone at all. This is how they treat their customers. Not ordering again.

We are very sorry for your experience and apologize for the complications in processing the order. Your design had to be edited by a graphic designer. The image was missing the overlap from the graphic, which is necessary for framing. After editing, we sent you the visual for approval. We asked you about the need to confirm the graphics for production with an automatic email and SMS notification. If the image is modified, the delivery date may be extended (we had also informed you about this fact in the second step of the order). 10.5. You have confirmed the preview for production. 11.5. The canvas was ready for shipment. You contacted us that you need the delivery on Friday. In the order, we have therefore set you the fastest possible shipping via DHL. Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. We are very sorry that the extended delivery date caused complications for you. Unfortunately, we do not have much influence on possible problems with the carrier after the shipment. We have contacted you regarding compensation.

Distorted images, no communcation, poor support

The designer of Expresta has edited my files without informing me, made mostly all of them distorted, because there were no bleed. The uploaded files were 600 dpi so it was possible to edit the files without quality loss of distortion, but we didn't even communicated anything towards me, just printed out everything. On top of that, the size of one sticker was completely different (28mm instead of 25mm) so I can't use them at all. They offer €150 EUR refund if we're not satisfied with the quality, which is not true at all. Messaging with them for nearly 3 weeks now, still no solution. For the last response I had to wait 10 days.

We are sorry for your dissatisfaction, but we have tried to deal with your complaint. We have suggested several ways to solve the situation. Unfortunately, we can't approved the fully complaint, as you sent us a photo of one product. Subsequently, you have complained about all 5 products - no mention of damage and no photos sent. We asked you for additional information. You used the products despite the complaint. Your graphic wasn't prepared for printing according to the standard. On of our basic services is graphic editing for free, which was implemented. You missed bleeds and cut lines. However, we always send modified graphics to the customer for approval before printing. You confirmed your order for printing without comments. Your last request is from yesterday, in which you ask a refund for 2 products. You can consider it confirmed.

fast, cheap, products seem to be of decent quality. on the flipside, they start sending you unsolicited emails after the sale, without consent.

We are sorry for your dissatisfaction. You have ordered business cards with express production within two days. You have chosen a DHL package as the delivery method (delivery takes at least 6 working days from dispatch). We made business cards in 1 day, the package is currently in the country of delivery. According to the information on the DHL website, delivery is expected today/tomorrow. In case of complications, do not hesitate to contact the carrier or our customer service.
