Order of floor lamp
I recently ordered a floor lamp from AGOF. The price was competitive and the customer service was professional. I was out of the country (Portugal) when I placed the order, so I had to request a delay in delivery, which AGOF accepted without hesitation and organised accordingly. They replied to my e-mails without delay. The delivery was quick and straightforward, and the lamp arrived in good condition. I will gladly consider AGOF again for my next order.

We are sorry about what has happened and that the product was damaged during transport. We use palletised shipping specifically to ensure the integrity of our items, but unfortunately, in this case, the courier’s negligence has defeated our efforts. As you have seen, our customer service team responded promptly and offered a solution very quickly. We have accepted your request for a refund, although we were prepared to send a new product within approximately 10 days.
