At that time, the manufacturer expected to make the item available to us by October 9, meaning that delivery would have been expected approximately two weeks later. In that email, we also offered you the option to cancel the order, choose an alternative item, or continue waiting for the original order. As we did not receive a reply, we assumed that you were happy to proceed under the updated delivery timeframe. Fortunately, the goods became available somewhat earlier than expected. We already have sent you the shipping details and delivery note. The carrier should contact you within the next 2–3 days to arrange the delivery. We hope your order will reach you shortly and that you will be satisfied with it. Once the delivery has been completed, we would greatly appreciate it if you would consider updating your review based on your overall experience. If you did not receive our previous emails, it may also be worth checking your spam or junk folder, as the delivery delay and the available options were communicated to you by email.
