There can be no question that Anne Marie Boerlind products are among my favorite products that I've ever used over the last 50 years. I love that products can grow with you and allow you to find a formulation that works as you go through different seasons of your life.

As a licensed Esthetician, I used to promote AMB several years ago and highly value this product. I love the lip balm. I've used for a very long time. It's all I use. I also love the orange energy serum.. Great ingredients.

Praise for: - quick service; - good communication/updates along the way; - high quality skin care products. Suggestions for improvement: - tone down your cream scents/perfuming; - expand product list to include your German/ European sun protection options for the US market); - develop more efficient but still skin-friendly products against hyper-pigmentation (bakuchiol- based?).

My daughters and I have use Borland and Haushka products for decades. However, I’d say with mature skin, Borland hands down is so moisturizing and feels great on your skin. You don’t need to use a lot, it last a very long time. Borland series are my daughter’s favorite find in their Xmas stockings. I treat myself as well!

Samples made a big change for me! I have been a devoted user of Borlind since the 1980s. I love the LL Regeneration skin care series. You included a few samples of Naturoyale in a recent order. I loved the samples and my skin is so soft. Thank you for this chance to try something new. I have ordered products from this series now!

Not everything available for sale is categorized and found via the drop down menus at the tops of pages. E.g. I had to search specifically for the Ceramide Cream which is in your top three best products in my opinion but no one can find it unless they shear know it exists and happen to search for it. I’m a web designer and aware that most ppl do not use the search function thus it is an untenable way to sell products. Same holds true for your magnificent gel moisturizer for sensitive skin which I nearly bought as well until I saw that you changed the type of pump on the bottle to the kind that does not work nearly as well as the older style and also too easily drops down the side. Changing the bottle and pump type was a bad idea as it was not an improvement but was a downgrade for you to save money. You should have raised the price slightly instead. One other thing; a request…. Please bring back the old style leakproof glass bottles for all of your two-phase shake bottles to be all glass with no pump at all like they were in the past as ppl are becoming more concerned with oils and anything soaking in plastic via the plastic tubes that sit in the bottle contaminating the product. The old style bottles were incredibly good… one just had to shake s couple of times then do one hard shake onto the palm of the hand after removing the leakproof cap… you could just have a short video showing ppl how to use the superiour type of bottle and explain in the description that you are offering a version without plastic so that ppl have two choices of bottle type and you could charge a higher price for the non plastic pump version and ppl will definitely pay more to avoid plastic contamination.

I worked for Borlind of Germany from 1996 to 2006 and have used the product since 16 years. I studied with Annemarie, herself in CalwAltburg. This is the only skin care I use. My husband knows this is my #1 gift. It is not only pure it is highly effective with scientific studies to back it up. Also never animal testing and first pressings only. Your skin can only absorb minutes at a time so using the highly concentrated products means they last a long time and they get it done. I am often complimented on my youthful complexion.

You have beautiful products. Your lip balm is my favorite ever. Ordering is easy and I know I will receive my products quickly.

Love your products and I've used them for many years. I rated them at 4 stars instead of 5 only because of how high the prices have gotten. the ceramide in particular has gone from $30 back in the day to $50 to $80 and now $89!!!

I love the quality of the product and the limited use of plastic in the packaging.
