Annoyed
To many emails for a slow delivery
Reply from qathu.com/en
Dear Mr. Ciotau,
thank you for your feedback.
We would like to clarify that shipments to the **UK are managed so that customers do not have to pay additional import charges upon delivery**.
Because the parcel passes through several international logistics and customs stages before final delivery, the tracking system may generate multiple automatic emails corresponding to the different steps of the shipment and customs clearance process.
We understand that receiving several notifications can feel excessive, but they are intended to keep customers informed throughout the journey of the parcel.
Regarding delivery time, international shipments to the UK naturally require additional customs and cross-border processing compared with domestic deliveries.
Kind regards,
Qathu Customer Service
