The drinking glasses I ordered were just as described (beautiful!) and arrived quickly, with no problems, and very well packaged. I was also kept well informed every step of the packaging and shipping process. I ordered: - the new orange swirl table glasses and the colors are vibrant and shape interesting and easy to hold; - the traditional multi-colored millefiori table glasses and they are gorgeous. Packaging glass sculptures for shipping overseas should be improved, significantly. Arte di Murano shipped a glass-sculpted candlestick wrapped in paper, then packed in a card box, topping the paper wrap with Styrofoam chips. The box was marked only with text in Italian, but even then the paper-wrapped sculpture was put in the box upside down as the text "alto" on the box was not understood by the packer. No graphic signs (arrows or clips showing the top) or warnings like "GLASS, FRAGILE". There is no indication of fragility on the waybill. The sculpture arrived to Canada completely broken - head, both hands, candle holder - in shatters. And it was a order for a birthday gift. I must admit that I was not able to refrain from crying.
