This product will be delivered today and I got a message from DHL saying they would not deliver it until I paid $65 for import fees on my $250 pitcher. There was no warning or estimate about this fee on the website when I ordered. I am hopeful that the pitcher is beautiful and not broken, but would not order again directly from abroad without being told upfront that this fee is not included in my product and ship price. It would have been cheaper to order from a shop within the United States.

Given global trends, we can't know what customs duties each country imposes. The $65 you had to pay were duties imposed by your country, not by us.

Everything was beautiful, until I used it. The wine stopper broke the 1at time I used it. Perhaps glue isn't the best way to join glass to metal. In addition, I supposedly received free shipping, Then.... I recd a bill from DHL (A big one, by the way), for duties. Wth
