Have been making recurring orders since 2018. It is so amazing that you have the option to reorder the previous order. It saves time, nerves and makes one smile! Many many thanks! Being a hobby sewer I don't need a huge amount of labels, but I sure do need the piece of mind that they will be of high quality and available to order when in need. Many thanks! Bad! I tried to explain and even sent a document on how I’d like my stickers to look like.. and what did I get? The opposite of what I wanted. So now I am stuck with stickers I don’t need nor want!! And they say they made a refund but they did not! They made a refund on another order I cancelled! Don’t expect the reps to be competent either!

Please check your account or contact your credit card provider for clarification.
We have refunded both payments for both orders (for the cancelled order and for the order where you received the goods). You have received the goods that did not meet your expectations free of charge.
