Since I am currently abroad, I haven't had the chance to check the quality and sizing of the items yet, so my review focuses entirely on the online ordering and delivery experience. Starting with the checkout: I added items to my cart and wanted to apply a promo code displayed right at the top of the page. However, the system only allows a single code, so I couldn't use my welcome discount code as well. Next, when trying to enter a Polish delivery address, every time I clicked "Save," the page reloaded and the address disappeared. If you do not ship to Poland, why is Poland listed in the country dropdown allowing users to enter an address only for it to be discarded? A simple note saying "We only ship to the following countries" would save customers from making 10 failed attempts and wasting their time. Once I entered a German address for my friends instead, everything saved on the first try and the order went through. After placing the order, I received a confirmation email stating that I would get a tracking number as soon as the package shipped so I could monitor it. As you might guess, no tracking number ever arrived. I only found out the order had been delivered when my friends contacted me. Thank goodness they happened to be home at the time! I have been a huge fan of Chasin' and wearing your clothes for about 15 years. Since I rarely visit the Netherlands these days, ordering online should be very convenient, but this kind of customer experience makes it quite frustrating. I hope these technical and communication flaws get fixed soon.

I ordered from Chasin for the first time and can only report positive things. There was a bug beforehand regarding the discount promotion. I approached support about this and received a quick and friendly response that the technicians had resolved the issue. Subsequent ordering and delivery were quick. Thus, contact with support and ordering are superb. I can't say anything about returns. Thanks and best regards

The coat I ordered was of good quality, however, much too large and I am not a “small L” as they say. Moreover, I found the costs for return and processing a bit disappointing. Nowadays, you don't see that often anymore, but maybe that's just my modest, spoiled opinion. In any case, I will think twice and get my future winter coat elsewhere where the return process is free. I like to shop without help and in the stores, help is always offered, very sweet, but I am not the customer who wants help. :) Have a nice day, dear reader.

I find the quality awesome! I've loved this brand for years. I believe it's been 20 years now! But the online shop is somehow super complicated and the handling of returns is also very complicated, as well as the refund for items you didn't have. Even though you should have them, it's also strangely confusing that you think. Hey, where's the money coming from now? And how can I track afterwards whether I got my money back for all the items I received or not? It’s all a bit opaque. So, the brand is awesome, but the online shop is somehow exhausting and complicated.

I have been a Chasin customer for years and wear your clothing with great pleasure. Unfortunately, I have had to return a lot lately due to varying sizes. Of course, my own weight fluctuates at times, but in the past, I could always order the same size and model.

The selection of jeans with a tapered fit is unfortunately scarce. At the same time, a large portion of jeans have a stretch fabric component, causing the jeans to sag after a few washes at the crotch area and slide down without a belt. The quality of jeans has, in my opinion, declined at Chasin in recent years. Jeans with stretch fabric don’t last as long as those without. Why are there hardly any jeans without wash stripes on the right and left of the button placket? Just plain blue or gray without animal patterns... How about jeans with side pockets, like chinos? Much more comfortable for the hands. Jeans without stretch, slightly looser thighs, narrow at the ankle area, without pattern and without a used look. Sitting low on the hips, back pockets also deep, and a slightly wider crotch area.

The fast and good service. The trousers didn't fit, returning them was easy, I received a message within 2 days and got my refund a day later. Super. The correct size was there two days later.

Die bestellte Hose in Größe 34/34 war leider viel zu lang. Die Länge kann unmöglich der Größe 34 entsprochen haben (=mindestens 36) und muss nun leider umgetauscht werden. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung

Always bought these underpants because they have a nice stretch. Given my sturdy thighs, they were always the perfect match. Turns out the composition of the underpants has changed, causing this stretch to be almost gone. As a result, the pants fit uncomfortably. The quality is good, but for me, they are a bad purchase.

I have ordered a jacket from official website and get delivered on time. This is nova jacket and I like the quality which was made by genuine fabric and best design. It is absolutely best for winter where the temperature is very low. All I say, "nice" I am in Germany now.

Bought men's underwear from Chasin. Seems to me of good quality and they are very comfortable. Waiting to see how things stand after a few washes, but for now, 5 stars.

I am very happy with the clothing. It feels great and is also sustainable. Delivered quickly as well. What always bothers me is the fact that some items are out of stock. If you go to Zalando, you can buy it there.

Excellent Only a few days passed from order to delivery. Delivered items are of very good quality.

Ordered items have been returned and received after 5 days. Then it takes another 10 working days for the money to be refunded. All in all 15-20 days. I believe this is absurdly long. Improvement suggestions for the Chasin web store
