Good product but bad delivery
Your products are very good, I have been a customer for years.
The problem (at least in Denmark) is, that UPS function very bad, specially when it comes to home delivery.
According to Trust Pilot, the chaufførs often take your parcel directly to a pickup place without even try to contact the customer. Thats what happened to me.
Please allow users to choose a alternative delivery firm.
Vitamin Express are excellent suppliers of health products. I will never replace them. I always find what I am looking for.

Die Mitarbeiter am Telefon waren sehr unhöflich
Bis Ende 2024 war ich mit der Lieferung meiner Bestellungen, die ich mindestens vier- bis fünfmal jährlich aufgab, sehr zufrieden.
Seit Beginn des Jahres 2025 wurden jedoch die für die Zustellung zuständigen Mitarbeiter und die Versandmethode geändert. Dies ist ein gravierendes Problem, das dazu führt, dass Ihr Unternehmen langjährige Kunden verliert.
Dies ist bereits das dritte Mal in diesem Jahr, dass ich ein Problem habe, für das sich niemand verantwortlich fühlt und kein Mitarbeiter bereit ist, die Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
Ich habe seit dem 21. November zwei Pakete bestellt, eines für über 200 Euro und das andere für 58 Euro. Das erste Paket war für Deutschland bestimmt und kam innerhalb von drei Tagen an. Das zweite Paket, das ich für einen Freund in Belgien bestellt hatte, ist jedoch nach 16 Tagen immer noch nicht angekommen.
Am vergangenen habe ich dreimal angerufen, aber Ihr Logistikteam war nicht erreichbar. Heute habe ich viermal angerufen und jedes Mal versucht, mit den Mitarbeitern der Logistikabteilung zu sprechen. Leider war niemand erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter am Telefon waren sehr unhöflich und sagten mir, dass außer den Logistikmitarbeitern niemand meine Anrufe entgegennehmen könne. Jedes Mal wurde ich gebeten, in einer halben Stunde wieder anzurufen. Auch dann war niemand aus der Logistikabteilung erreichbar.
