I am very satisfied with the entire process…
I am very satisfied with the entire purchase and delivery process. What is also very nice and reassuring is the empathetic approach from your side to my subsequent questions and the practical advice on how to handle the entire coffee brewing process to make it taste the best. The person handling my case was Mrs. Katarzyna Stefaniak. Thank you, Mrs. Katarzyna.

Thank you so much for such kind words! ☕
We are delighted that both the purchase and your later interactions with us were a good experience. After all, good coffee is not only about good beans but also the knowledge of how to bring out the best in them. We will convey special thanks to Kasia — she will surely appreciate it!
See you with the next coffee! ❤️

Thank you very much for the professional help received from Ms. Katarzyna Stefaniak, who, after receiving the information that our product arrived incomplete, offered to exchange it for a new one, which happened very quickly and precisely. Thank you again :) Coffee is delicious, cold brew in the jug is already being made. Regards

This was my first order from JAVA Coffee Roasters, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. The quality of the coffee is exceptional. The beans were clearly fresh, beautifully roasted, and produced a wonderfully balanced cup with plenty of flavour and aroma. It's obvious that a great deal of care goes into sourcing and roasting the coffee, and the difference is noticeable from the very first brew.
The ordering process was smooth, delivery was prompt, and everything arrived well packaged. I also appreciated the detailed information provided about each coffee, which made choosing the right beans much easier.
If you're looking for genuinely high-quality specialty coffee, I highly recommend JAVA Coffee Roasters. This certainly won't be my last order, and I'm already looking forward to trying more of their coffees.

I intentionally bought a test set drip in relation to the purchase of an AeroPress. Unfortunately, I was quite surprised when it arrived in beans.
I specifically checked later if there was an option to choose grinding, but I saw neither such an option nor a place for a comment.
The coffee is fresh and good.

Unmatched Bacanha Syrups
I don't know about other products from the offer, but I went to the JAVA store to buy the amazing Bacanha syrups. I highly recommend them! Fast delivery, excellently packaged and as a bonus - lovely stickers! Good coffee is a human right is my motto from today 😎

Coffee super tasty, but I buy too quickly and don't read carefully. Once, I bought one not quite to my taste profile, and the second time, the right profile but for the machine instead of a filter. So I recommend it, but advise caution when choosing.

Quick, specific, good beans, a café in the city...
Quick, specific, perfectly fitting and aesthetically pleasing bags, pleasant to touch, not like a condom as with Hayb (even though their beans taste good as well). A huge advantage is maintaining tradition like classic 001 and old school 007, intermediate Brazil with India and further for those who like coffee-fruit teas ;) And there's a café in a great city location, and the staff knows what this hobby is about. The holy trinity for me: Java, Hayb, Coffee Manufacture.

The order arrived quickly and was delivered to the parcel locker I chose (in the past, there were occasions when the order was delivered to the Vape store on Puławska Street in Warsaw despite choosing the parcel locker, which made it difficult to pick up the package because the store is open only for a limited time).
The only note is that the coffee roasting date is unreadable on the package. It is impossible to figure out what the month number is printed on the package because the stamp did not fully imprint.

Ordered for the first time. Positive impressions, but I still need to test the coffee more, just opened the first 100g packet :)

the parcel arrived intact, quick processing time. The pea milk is a tested product, hence another purchase. The coffee is being tested, but the pre-ground version is very aromatic and tasty (Brazil).

Recommended!
Great coffee roastery! Friendly and professional customer service, the ladies advised me on coffee suitable for my preferences and equipment. The coffee turns out delicious, both from the espresso machine and the AeroPress, and there's also a wide selection of plant-based drinks. Recommended!

They add cool stickers and it's expensive but good
They add cool stickers, the coffee is expensive but good. You could also throw in some little treats or possibly some premium coffee samples to encourage more purchases.

These Were My First Purchases from You
These were my first purchases from you, and the only thing I missed was the ability to choose the parcel locker that is most convenient for me. None of the ones proposed by the system were the ones I always use for my deliveries. I contacted you about this, and I was able to change the parcel locker to the one I wanted, for which I am very grateful. I'm just wondering why I couldn't choose the parcel locker like I do on most, if not all, of the sites where I select delivery to a parcel locker. Most often, it's a choice from a map, which unfortunately was not available on your site. Or maybe it was, and I somehow couldn't use it. I would like to hear from you whether I missed something on the site, or if there really is no such feature, and whether you know if others have reported it and if you plan to address it. All the best, in any case!

Fast delivery, freshly roasted coffee. There may be a choice of roast, but I didn't notice if there are different options. I usually order coffee for an espresso machine but received coffee for a different brewing method.
