Ordered Melania snails €20 each which is very expensive these are €6 usually I was expecting huge grown snails got tiny 1cm worth maybe €3 each one snail was mini like 7mm. I got scammed by these shop absolutely horrible customer service. AVOID

Quality of livestock and packaging is excellent. Customers should always be able to select colour as opposed to being sent a colour at random.

Please note that all our Guppies (and most of the species we offer) are sold per species and colors and that the photo displayed on our website is fully representative of the animals we ship. The color is always specified in the name of the reference. If no color is specified, it means that it is a general reference for which the colors can vary and it is always precised on the reference's page. Thank you for your understanding.
