You made everyone in the house happy: me because of oddball fish I couldnt get anywhere else, my daughter because of jellies, my cat because of a nice box and my husband because I can shut up and just watch fish for hours! It was a good experience to buy from them.
There was a very good communication.
Friendly, correct and helpful.
But especially the fish were well packaged, each fish separately.
In a well packaged insulation box with extra insulation.
I'm going to keep shopping there.

Beautiful, healthy fish.
I was unsure about ordering fish online and from a different country but ordering from Masterfisch was great. The box only spent one day in transit and all the fish arrived healthy and happy. I will definitely buy more fish, and corals next time, from Masterfisch.

I think MasterFisch is a great service. The only recommendation I currently have is on having a higher selection of Betta fish wysiwyg livestock and to also include the wysiwyg Betta fish on the normal Betta fish page, as I'm not sure if users are even aware of the wysiwyg page.

Just know that if you type in "Betta" on our website or go to the "Labyrinth Fish" section, you can see all the general references for Betta as well as the WYSIWYG references. As far as the variety of species offered is concerned, we offer as many as possible according to the seasons, suppliers and deliveries, but you should know that the WYSIWYG references represent a great deal of work (selection, photo, creation of unique references) and that with 2000 species in our acclimatisation centre, it would unfortunately be very difficult to take individual photos of each animal. Ordered 5 fish, was expecting them to be very small but was pleasantly surprised when they got here and were a good size and very healthy. One was a powder blue tang, no sign of illness after the transport so very good service.
