Received my first order
I received my first order. It was in transit for 21 hours
and was delivered very fast directly to my town in Southern Bulgaria.
The package was in excellent condition and I really appreciate the
efforts they put in packing each coral frag. Less than 10 minutes after I
placed the corals in my aquarium, their polyps opened. The fish was in
very good mood and started swimming in the water like it has always
lived here.
I'm very satisfied with my order! Their service is really impressive! I can't wait to go on and place another order!

My fish arrived in 24 hours, as promised and in great condition. The packaging, as usual, was perfect and even though we're in the middle of a heat wave, not one fish died en route.
Some of the fish I ordered were, in the end, not available due to possible health issues and I was immediately contacted and refunded.
Laurent, whom I was in contact with, was great at providing options and solutions.

Improving service, my go-to online fish store for rare species
A few years ago when I found masterfisch, I was stunned by the selection of rare fishes. After a few early issues with shipping (called me to be home next day, but didn't ship, apologized, called me next week again and repeat) I eventually got every order in good quality and lately every order works like clockwork. Never a missed deadline or misplaced fish. Even if there are some losses during shipping, it cannot be blamed on the quality of the packaging or the fastness of the shipping, and always got refunded. I would give 5/5 because the service is exceptional in Europe, he stock too, and the shipping costs are reasonable. I would just hope there would be a back in stock notifier for some fishes I'm hunting for :)

Pond fish to Bulgaria…
Living in Bulgaria it is hard to source pond fish. I ordered from these guys and they delivered fantastic quality, very healthy fish within 36 hours. They had travelled a great distance but the thermal and anti shock packaging they came in meant they suffered minimal stress. Great communication provided at every step. Would not hesitate to.use again. These guys are professionals in their field.

There was one order with a sick guppy... It had white spot disease, and curing it turned in failure sadly.
So my advice is to look extra carefully, so that no sick fish will be send next time. 😄

Issue resolved quickly and satisfactorily
While this is the second time I have an issue with a particular fish with Masterfisch. It is also the second time they have resolved the issue with speed and with an alternative that has been satisfactory.
It would be 5 stars except that the website needs to be updated much more frequently so that it is more accurate when customers are looking for a new fish.

The delivery was quick, I got what I ordered. Most of the fish seem healthy and have colored up well, but there was a dead female guppy in one of the bags and it seemed to have caused ammonia poisoning in other fish in the bag. Only one of four in same bag still seems ok, one died and one is struggling. This made me a bit sad, because the citrus yellow females look stunning and I was hoping they will survive. Still I would say I am inclined to order again, since this is something that could happen to any company.

All corals arrived in relative good condition.
How ever was suprised to see not heating pad was including with the colder 12 degrees nights not ideal in my view. One Montipora disk was partially broken upon arrival the biggest part of disk still intact and is looking good now.

We apologise that the Montipora arrived damaged; this is a type of coral that can sometimes be fragile. Fortunately, they grow very quickly. We will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with the best possible support and ensure you are fully satisfied.
As for the use of heaters, our partner centre has strict guidelines tailored to each destination. If the night-time temperature does not fall below 12 degrees, our SAFE PACK is sufficient to ensure the animals’ safety. Adding heatpads when the outside temperature exceeds a certain level can be counterproductive, or even dangerous for the fish and corals.

Confusion about delivery
I have no problems with damage corals been taken out of my delivery before shipping. But giving me a 2 hour window to respond to it in the middle of the day when i'm at work. That is just too little time. Furthermore the shipping was pushed a day because I didn't responded in time.
My request of putting some new corals in the delayed order had no respond.
In the future. You may consider just shipping the order if you can't reach the customer.

Amazing fish! I ordered blue grass guppies and never seen fish that are so active and happy. Especially when they eat they jump from excitement and swim like crazy! I also ordered two orange body rabbit snails they too are active and cute when they dig sand in aquarium.
