The team is accommodating and professional. I made a special order and they quickly kept in touch and constantly updated me regarding my order. They also made sure that the livestock they send is in pristine condition before shipping. When unfortunately the livestock they were about to ship turned out to be unhealthy, they replaced and refunded the difference (as I got fish of smaller size). And now I have 4 healthy baby manacapuru angelfish that made it to Ireland in perfect conditions.
I do find the prices of the livestock very expensive (I suppose import taxes and delivery costs are the main cause) but the quality of the service and livestock is indisputable.

Ordered Melania snails €20 each which is very expensive these are €6 usually I was expecting huge grown snails got tiny 1cm worth maybe €3 each one snail was mini like 7mm. I got scammed by these shop absolutely horrible customer service. AVOID
