Ordered Melania snails €20 each which is very expensive these are €6 usually I was expecting huge grown snails got tiny 1cm worth maybe €3 each one snail was mini like 7mm. I got scammed by these shop absolutely horrible customer service. AVOID

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We would like to inform you that the 3 snails that you ordered (3-6 cm) were not granted approval for shipping on March 19th, 2024, we offered to provide you with 4 snails one size down, at no extra cost to keep the delivery date, which you agreed to during our phone call from that day. We would have never sent these animals without having your prior agreement.
