I cannot say enough good things about Théodore and the entire Enlaps team. We are repeat customers and each time the customer service constantly improves. Although my office is in the United States, I can attest that phone and email communication is always answered with a quick response. I honestly have no issues to date. I look forward to working with Théodore and Enlaps again in the near future.
Customer service and FAQ needs to improve if we continue investing in your platform and solution. We need the support to grow our business, and we do that by streamlining the technical issues we have monthly with the software and hardware.
It's quite frustrating to think your subscription model is one of the most expensive on the market for licensing software that is "janky" at the best of times!
no one contacted me to resolve the issue. The support service is terrible
