The website needs to be better structured for filtering particularly with regards to ratings from Parker and Jancis Robinson. The delivery period to Singapore needs to be reduced. While it is fine not to have a person in Singapore to keep costs low, please let the person come in a bit early Europe time so that you can cover a longer part of Singapore time.. say instead of 3pm let it be from 12pm.

I recently ordered 2 cases of wine and later decided that I wanted to add 1 more case to my purchase the very next day. I immediately email for the additional case to be included in my purchase. My email was only read and replied much later, and since the additional case fell below the minimum charge, they wanted to impose the delivery fee, despite me requesting for waiver. Totally disappointed.

Dear Mr. Koh, Thank you for sharing your experience, we received your email on 16th July for the additional case requested, we replied on 17th July informing that shipment was closed since 15th July for paperwork purpose so we could not add this case to your coming order unfortunately. It could only be a new order with new shipping date and shipping fee. Thank you for your understanding, Millesima
