I am a big fan of Nuud, but it seems there is a newer combination of ingredients that makes the product runnier and less paste-like. This newer consistency is harder to apply and messier. I don't notice a difference in effectiveness, but I'm less satisfied with the product lately.
Also received my most recent package, and the packaging was flimsier--it was missing the rubber band and the box was smashed. A less aesthetically appealing product, but that's a minor issue.

You can and should do much better than this Nuud!!
Let me start with the fact that yourCare member Paul has been of tremendous help and “repaired” me as a returning customer.
And that’s not because of Nuud’s logistic speedy process and delivery as that should be much improved and is not of this time!
Delivery times for 2 tubes with the size of a thick postcard extending 2 weeks is something you should be ashamed of.
Fact is that this was not a one-off experience, but several times. Except for the “make it up to you” set I received via Paul, which arrived in 2-3 days.. as it should..
So Nuud… your product is great, i like it a lot, coming from a zillion years if using anti-transpirant aerosol products… improve your logistics and parcel process and you should be kimg of an important business in body-care.

I love the products, especially newer ones. Although the sticks compromise on the package quality a bit because the stick is a bit melty and opening, closing, pushing ruins the package and the sense of “freshness”. Bit sticks are better at masking the smell than the cream ones.
I also love the attitude of the brand - once during covid the product didn’t reach my city and I got refunded no questions asked. Loyal since then.
And I love the style of packaging - very cute, easy to carry, non problematic.

I've used nuud for years. At some point they must have changed formulas, because the deodorant from my recent order does not work as effectively anymore. I went from applying every 3rd -4th day to having to apply every other day.
The product also has some ingredient separation going on, a new tube spills out a lot of this oil until I get to the cream.
I'll still keep using nuud though, as nothing is as easy and cost-effective! It would be helpful to have an expiration date in the tubes, the product does go off even in a sealed tube!

Although the deodorant cream doesn't work for me for two/three days like advertised, it still works better and longer than any other deodorant or antiperspirant has ever worked for me. So, I'm happy with this product when I only have to use it once a day instead of every few hours.

I use nuudcare since a lot of years. The last charge I ordered was to liquid. Now it's really hard to get it out the tube.

I've been using nuud for about 7 years. The tubes are great. They're efective and lasts for about 2 or 3 months (depending if its summer or winter). I've recently tried the stick but altough it's simpler to apply it's not has effective. I'll continue to use the tube. Great product.

Nuud Original, the one in the tube and fragrance-free, is the best thing ever! It lasts 3–4 days even with workouts and stressful meetings. Amazing! No irritation and no unpleasant smells. The best thing in the world!!
I also tried the scented stick versions (bergamot and patchouli, I think), and the scent is the best in the world, but unfortunately the deodorant doesn’t last even half a day. :(

It's great ! I love it ! I tested the "zesty and spicy" NUUD and it smells good and above all it works perfectly for 2 days.
If I should make a suggestion, just the cardboard stopper is hard to put back in every time, but it's fine.

The cream is super good, however not very comfortable to apply. I like a stick product better for applying, however it made me stink worse than when I’m not using anything. I figured it’s the same formula but it doesn’t work the same.
About the cream, I also like that it stays effective for more than a day and doesn’t leave residue on my clothes.

Kind of disappointed of the new packaging and formula
I used to purchase in the past as well when the recipient size was 20ml (now it’s 15 ml).
Also in the new packaging, the product is much harder to squeeze out than on the old one.
Lastly, the formula might have changed a little. I used same size as before and it did not remove the odor as the old one did. Luckily I had some left in my old packaging (the 20ml one) and used it.

The most effective deodorant. Period.
Nuud is the most effective deodorant I have ever used! I started trying natural deodorants out when I was pregnant with my first child. I have given most of the ones on the American market a try and Nuud reigns supreme. I recently ran out of Nuud and used another brand’s all over deodorant for my pits; it was the first time I had noticed my body odor in years.
My only complaint was the extra postage charges with my last shipment. It required going into the post office to pay them which is not easy as a full time working parent; so it didn’t happen and I never got my Nuud. This is fully an American issue but I would much rather pay Nuud upfront for any additional tariffs. It’s not your fault we have to incur additional costs but I would love if you could make it easier for me to pay them!

Blown away with the results
I had a bad smell of my armpits, used everything! Hard demaging produck that helped before but it would still smell after i started to move. Then I switched to a natural deodorant, that was advertized and it didn't work. So I was sceptical, but I needed to find somthing so I decided to give it a try. The best decision! I don't know how it will work in the heating summertime, but now I am blown away! Could not recommend it enough! And I only usin a stick deodorant.

Loooove the product. I only need to apply about once a week in winter and twice in summer. The only thing is the international post takes a long time (to Aus) so I would allow at least 4 weeks if you are not wanting to run out before your new order arrives.

I really did like your (Peer's) help with my order as it has been silently returned by our local (severly understaffed and thus quite unreliable) post office. I also like that orders from nuud always arrive quickly. But... I am testing your new stick deos and I fear that they are meh. Nuud in a tube works for a whole day (sometimes two). The stick only for about 4hrs so not for me (sorry, no pic of sweaty and odourful armpits for you).

Triple check your delivery address
Do something about the fact that entering delivery address as per requested boxes of street name;house number and apartment number it doesn't fully show up in provided details to the delivery service. My address was missing my apartment number and DHL refused to edit the address, said to contact sender. When I did contact you, you didn't provide this info to DHL but offered to resend a new order or refund, which is OK I guess, but I would prefer to receive the original package as it had already been delivered to my country and city..
Its just a waste of recources and time on your side which completely contradicts your company's philosophy.

Hi Linda, I'm sorry to hear that DHL didn't include your full address. Since we ship our orders CO2-neutral with the regular post, we can't change delivery addresses once the shipping label has been printed out, placed on the parcel and shipped out. In the few cases that these problems occur, we offer a new shipment with an altered address. This causes less emission than having to send every order through a less environmentally friendly postal service. Nevertheless, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced. We hope that this won't happen again!

This is the only deodorant that works (among both natural ones and chemical) AND doesn’t stain clothes at all. Love that it lasts several days, the package is small (great for travelling) and biodegradable.
