Unexpected border fees made easy
I wasn't aware I was ordering from Europe at the time of order. And so my shipment was stopped at the border for tariffs and duties. Fortunately, their shipper, DHL, which is normally a pain, sent me an email notice with a link to pay my border fees easily and it was much less cost than I. would have imagined. The shipment arrived well packed and undamaged. I ordered shower gell and the bottles looked like is was in an older branding and doesn't seem to have the same formulation as what I was used to.

Ultimately I’m delighted I could find certain Infasil products which are only available in Italy and have them shipped to Ireland. Shipping cost not too expensive and all products arrived well packaged.
