Their claim "Top quality packaging" is simply not true.
My order didn't arrive without me telling UPS to change the delivery address as Packari provided an incomplete address. When the order arrived I encountered 6 broken jars due to insufficient packaging. The enclosing box was intact.
Packari sent the broken jars in a second shipment. That I appreciate. However, the second shipment was sent with the same incomplete delivery address as the original shipment, despite me explicitly reporting this issue after the first order.
Hence, insufficient packaging and a repetition of mistakes (despite my mail) tends me to a 1 star rating. The fact that Packari did sent a second shipment makes me giving a 2 stars rating.
I will not order anything again.
