Good experience with this website twice. Vegan snacks available for my dog, purchased an elevated dog bowl which is great aesthetic and for my dog to not have to bend her neck so much, a nice couch bed for her to sit near me as she likes to be close but not affectionate and I like my couch to stay relatively hair free and I have purchased a dog coat too. Overall good experience. Haven't needed to return anything yet so not sure what that would be like. Delivery time has been good from mainland europe to ireland.

Express Shipping - Still not arrived
I ordered express last week and the package still hasn’t arrived. I’m not sure why it’s called express and it’s been a week already.

Problems with delivery
The order was shipped as promised - on December 11th. The delivery was supposed to take up to 5 business days. On December 17, according to tracking, the parcel is still in the mail terminal in Sweden. It's unlikely that the package will arrive before Christmas, when I'm going on vacation. That means I won't be able to get it. Very sorry

Scratched leash delivered
I've ordered a Flexi leash, it came scratched with the package opened. Looks like someone's return.
The only reason i didn't return it as i needed a replacement urgently as the dog minder lost my leash.

Please change the packet service DHL. They NEVER deliver the packages to my home address. They don't even call or try to ring the doorbell, they just ignore the delivery to home.
