The softshell overall is great, all my kids wear them. However I did not receive an e-mail with the tracking info and the delivery arrived few days later than promised.

The transportationnshould have been 3-5 work days. When it was 6 work days I sent an email nobody have replayed in 3 days. Tryed to call, the line is eather busy or nobody is picking up. I have now idea if my product have been sent out or not. Actually the weather is durning colder, so I might not need the product anymore once it arrives.

No delivery

The transportationnshould have been 3-5 work days. When it was 6 work days I sent an email nobody have replayed in 3 days. Tryed to call, the line is eather busy or nobody is picking up. I have now idea if my product have been sent out or not. Actually the weather is durning colder, so I might not need the product anymore once it arrives.

Деньги получили , а заказ не пришел

Я сделала заказ и все оплатила, должен был прийти комбинезон в течении 3-5 дней, а прошло уже 10 дней😡 и на письма не отвечает никто((
