Pros
- kellys ships an order the first moment they are active (during business hours at business days)
- parcel service delivers (within Netherlands) the day after shipping
- if the parcel service delivers drink cans damaged, kellys ships replacement cans the first moment they are active
- if asking kellys for a popular (U.S.) food product (such as those not available in major Dutch food stores), depending on legality of Dutch law (which can be illegal, such as products, sold spread over the globe, yet illegal within the EU, *cough* kitkat chocolate bar flavor *cough*), as far as I know, they sell if it's legal
Cons
- as kellys requires a minimum order price, if for ordering a single piece of a single product, such as when wanting to know a product's taste, one can't order
Kelly’s handle the order fine apart from sending two packages instead of one. DHL are the problem as I’ve only received one of the packages & I’ve had to chase the other delivery myself. I won’t be ordering from Kelly’s online until the change the courier company DHL.
Only criticism is the list of products..with tiny quantity numbers not easy to change…increase or decrease. Gave up on one product because couldn’t get the quantity I wanted.
DHL came on time but driver complained that my lift was too slow….could have used the stairs poor guy.

Prima service, maar er is natuurlijk altijd ruimte voor verbetering.
Prices aren’t bad considering other vendors who cater to us expats. True shops. However I wish they had a shop closer to me in south Limburg. I’d be there every week. Plus!! Wish they had a way of delivering fridge/ frozen stuff since there are no shops this far south.

I like the ease of ordering although I am not sure of the product sequence when scrolling. A message stating the products had been collected by the carrier and who that carrier is would help. The number of out-of-stock items was annoying but understandable.
