I ordered a Wickey playground as a birthday present for a young child, but the experience has been very disappointing. The delivery was delayed, and when the playground finally arrived, important advertised parts were missing — specifically the canvas/tarpaulin pieces that form a major part of the finished pirate ship/playground look. These are not minor spare parts; they are visible, substantial parts of the product. I reported the missing parts, but communication has been slow, and I have now been told that the replacement parts are also delayed. This means the playground could not be completed or enjoyed as planned for the child’s birthday. I understand delays can happen, but receiving a late and incomplete product, then having to wait again for key replacement parts, is very frustrating. So far, this has not been the experience I expected from Wickey.
