Review summary
Most customers find the webshop easy to navigate and user-friendly, and some appreciate special features like AR visualization, color customization, and flexible payment options, which enhance their shopping experience. However, many customers express dissatisfaction with the quality of materials, particularly the wood, due to issues such as cracks, splinters, and insufficient finishing. There are frequent complaints about unresponsive or unhelpful customer service, especially in cases involving complaints or missing parts. Significant delivery delays, lack of updates, and incorrect deliveries are also common sources of frustration. Additionally, a large number of customers report receiving packages with missing or damaged components, and many find the assembly instructions unclear or the process overly complex. Dissatisfaction is also noted regarding the lack of proactive communication about order status, delays, and complaints.

Excellent Quality, Amazing Playground – Highly Recommended!
We recently ordered the Wickey Smart Port playground with swing and climbing wall, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.
The quality of the materials is outstanding – sturdy, well-finished, and clearly built to last. The design is fantastic and offers so many fun activities for children: a slide, swing, climbing wall, and a spacious playhouse that sparks imagination every single day.
The ordering process was smooth and easy, and delivery was on time. Everything was well-packaged, and the instructions were clear, making assembly straightforward.
Our children absolutely love their new playground, and it has become the highlight of our garden. We highly recommend Wickey to any family looking for a durable, safe, and fun outdoor playset!

Easy&fast shopping

The site is easy to use, clear, registration and ordering are smooth. You can go from registration to ordering in as little as 1 minute. This is very good.
A small comment: when "configuring" the product, the names in the drop-down menu are not always correct. We easily got over the problem by consulting with customer service. Another good point for customer service.

Köszönjük a visszajelzést!

The whole experience is okay on this site. The products and all the informations they share. One of our friends already bought a similar item from here and we saw it in person and thats why we chosed it to our kids with confidence.

Reply from wickey.hu
Köszönjük a visszajelzésedet.

Disappointment
We recently assembled and started using the playground. Unfortunately, we are a bit disappointed. The wood was not properly finished or sanded, and the assembly process was quite difficult because nothing was pre-prepared. The swing is also squeaking. For this price, we expected better quality.

Good service, but communication could be improved
Overall, I’m satisfied with the service, however the communication after placing the order could be improved. Several weeks passed without any updates, which caused some uncertainty. It would be great to receive more regular updates about the order status in the future, even if there are no changes.

Disappointing experience
There was an unfortunate and unexpected delay in delivery. There was no invoice upon payment, only upon delivery despite requested in written. This created issues for accounting re VAT reclaim, because the delivery was over a month after the order. The assembly book was very poor and difficult to understand. If you think this is similar to an IKEA experience, you're mistaken. Here, you have to measure, and drill holes, and figure out what to do and how. You need pro equipment at home to be able to properly assemble this puzzle. I am an experienced, technically oriented guy, building wooden houses alone, but it took me a whole day to put it together, using my own creativity, own extra screws and extra material. It would have been easier to buy the materials somewhere else (much cheaper) and design and build it myself. Sorry for saying this, but it's been a disappointing experience.

I like the though-out design and precision, in additon that there is scope for the builder to customize the design, but the quality of the wood and its surface could be (much) better.

Nagyon tetszett a honlap részletessége, a keresett termékek pontos leírása.
A feltöltött képek, videók a felmerült kérdések java részére választ adtak.

Ennyi erővel megvehettük volna a fa anyagot a tüzépen is. Nem vásárolnám meg újra. A fa ráadásul sok helyen sérült.
Reply from wickey.hu
Hey Szilvia,

Ajándéknak szántam a hinta+ csúszdát.
Reply from wickey.hu
