We recently ordered the Wickey Smart Port playground with swing and climbing wall, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. 391 The site is easy to use, clear, registration and ordering are smooth. You can go from registration to ordering in as little as 1 minute. This is very good. A small comment: when "configuring" the product, the names in the drop-down menu are not always correct. We easily got over the problem by consulting with customer service. Another good point for customer service.

A weboldalon feltüntetett szállítási dátum pontosítása, mivel amikor megrendeltem március vége szerepelt az oldalon, rendeléskor már április közepe szerepelt. Húsvétra szerettük volna, ezért is rendeltem meg, mert azt hittem, hogy márciusban már itt lesz. Nemrég kaptam egy e-mailt, hogy késik a rendelésem, amit nem értek, hogy miért? Attól, hogy megnövekedett a megrendelés, attól még folyamatos a gyártás. Én azt gondolom, hogy akik utánam rendeltek, azoké késik. Amúgy a termék még nem érkezett meg.

Loved the AR feature to visualize the playground in my location, and lived the color customization options too! used chatgpt to visualize the AR playground from my photo with even higher realism which made my decision making process even easier! Apple pay support is a big plus too!

A webshop nagyon jó és szép, az árak is rendben vannak. Még a szállítási idő is teljesen rendben van. Ami nem jól működik: Azt írták, hogy néhány nappal a szállítás előtt egyeztetnek időpontot a szállításról. Nem így történt, a fuvarozó hívott telefonon, hogy kb. 30 perc múlva hozzák... Ezen kívül nem kaptuk meg a csavarokat, műanyag alkatrészeket és a telepítési útmutatót. Ezt megreklamáltam, mivel nagyon lassan reagáltak, ezért megvettem helyben a hiányzó alkatrészeket és kértem visszatérítést. Ez a relkamáció már 2 hete tart, de még mindig nem kaptam vissza pénzt. Ebben az esetben valami egyéb kompenzációt is elvárnék a kellemetlenségekért, hogy szívesen ajánljam másoknak. Több kollégám is akart rendelni önöktől, de sajnos a rossz tapasztalatok miatt elvetették az ötletet.

We recently assembled and started using the playground. Unfortunately, we are a bit disappointed. The wood was not properly finished or sanded, and the assembly process was quite difficult because nothing was pre-prepared. The swing is also squeaking. For this price, we expected better quality.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the service, however the communication after placing the order could be improved. Several weeks passed without any updates, which caused some uncertainty. It would be great to receive more regular updates about the order status in the future, even if there are no changes.

Great build quality and a really thoughtful design — our kids love it already. The instructions were clear and all parts arrived well packed and complete. Looking forward to many seasons of safe outdoor play with the Smart GreenHouse.

There was an unfortunate and unexpected delay in delivery. There was no invoice upon payment, only upon delivery despite requested in written. This created issues for accounting re VAT reclaim, because the delivery was over a month after the order. The assembly book was very poor and difficult to understand. If you think this is similar to an IKEA experience, you're mistaken. Here, you have to measure, and drill holes, and figure out what to do and how. You need pro equipment at home to be able to properly assemble this puzzle. I am an experienced, technically oriented guy, building wooden houses alone, but it took me a whole day to put it together, using my own creativity, own extra screws and extra material. It would have been easier to buy the materials somewhere else (much cheaper) and design and build it myself. Sorry for saying this, but it's been a disappointing experience.

I like the though-out design and precision, in additon that there is scope for the builder to customize the design, but the quality of the wood and its surface could be (much) better.

Nagyon tetszett a honlap részletessége, a keresett termékek pontos leírása. A feltöltött képek, videók a felmerült kérdések java részére választ adtak. Kár hogy a megadott magyarnak tűnő telefonszám egy angol nyelvű hangbemondásra visz el, így anyanyelvemen nem tudtam további segítséget kérni.

Szép termék, komplex, jó áron. Bízom benne, hogy a minősége is megfelelő lesz, és a gyerekek is szeretni fogják.

A faanyag minősége nagyon gyenge sajnos. Ha ilyet látok egy áruházban, akkor nem veszem meg! Szomorú. Az osszeszerelési rajz is lehetne jobb és egyértelműbb. Ezen lehetne javítani.

Ajándéknak szántam a hinta+ csúszdát. Amikor az unokáimnál láttam az összerakott játékot, teljes csalódás volt, hogy a zöld csúszda helyett, ronda szürke csúszdát kaptak. Ez miatt az egész csalódás nekem.

Minőség, információ, szolgáltatás, hiányzó és hibás alkatrész pótlása kiváló. De ne 8mm-es előfúrást apkalmazz a 10-es állványcsavarhoz!

Még meg sem kaptuk a terméket! A fuvarozó szerint sérülés miatt visszaküldték, a Wickey ügyfélszolgálat szerint kiszállítás alatt van. Semmi kommunikáció nem jön, csak ígérgetést kapunk. 2 hónapja kifizettünk egy elég nagy összeget, és fogalmunk sincs, mikor lesz végre játszótere a gyermekeinknek. Az ügyintézésen mindenképpen fejleszteni kell!

This is a pile of wood waste! You did nothing else but sent me wood cut to size, it is neither sanded, nor treated, nor drilled. The fact that you dipped it into anti-fungal and anti-mold treatment... the wood is freshly cut, it needed 2 weeks of drying, not to mention that after drying, the elements warped or straight up cracked. Let's not even talk about the big hole in some of the beams that is already rotting out. So if I could, I would have sent it back, but I rather fixed it myself. The floorboards are thin! It creaks under my 18-kilo, 3-year-old son! This is a horror.
