Unfortunately I am unhappy with America Today. First of all the material of the jackets have changed to a low quality, it used to be different in the past. And the way you wear the jacket used to look better. Second, there is no communication about delivery time and where the items are. Every time I contacted the CS to ask where my order was, they all replied saying that I'm supposed to receive the track&trace today. And again today and again today, etc...

I am very disappointed with the delivery process. I specifically selected the pick-up option at Amsterdam CS. Even though the shop was open during its normal working hours, we received a message from PostNL stating that the package had been delivered to the Westerstraat post office instead. This caused an additional one hour of unnecessary travel. When we asked the staff at the Amsterdam CS location, we were told that the shop has the right to refuse packages. If this is the case, why is the pick-up option at this location offered at all? It is misleading to customers.
