I like that you have a lot of goods in the store, from cheap to expensive and good quality of them. I like that discounts appear sometimes.
I don't like that I can apply only 1 voucher to shopping cart, not a voucher per each 75 euro in my cart.
I hate expensive devilery to Lithuania and giant amount (300 euro) to get free shipping.
Not all goods are present on .com website that present on the .nl website and discounts provided in Instagram doesn't work for .com website
Also there is a technical issue - when you apply voucher and go checkout and then come back to the website to change something in the cart - all applied vouchers will be removed and marked as used

When I am adding stuff into basket, it shows that it's available. After filling order and payment, it shows suddenly that some items are unavailable and delivery can change. Then moves for very later time than expected, but it really didn't show me while choosing the stuff that it's not available. It's frustrating to never know if I will receive stuff in time or if it will move and how long will I wait for it at the end. It was like this also with orders before.

Impressive Selection of Goods
The online catalogue is great. Good pictures and descriptions of the items. A great range of products. Delivery time is acceptable - we live in Portugal, so nothing ever reaches us fast! In a digital age, one would think that a physical catalogue would be unnecessary, but including one with an order is a great idea. The current Autumn/Winter 2023/2024 edition sits next to my computer, and I pick it up during moments when I'm waiting for things to happen online. The quality pictures remind me of all the lovely things in Agradi I might like to buy :-)

Ease of ordering from trusted site
I liked the ease of ordering, the straightforward website is easy to navigate, lots of info on each product. Fly mask prices are good, I also like the way you reward customers with points and vouchers, definitely makes you want to order in future.

Super fast delivery abroad even over Christmas holidays! I´m very pleased as I ordered chill pills for horses just before Christmas, they were out of stock as well and yet I could use them for New year´s eve already. Thank you a lot :)

I like goods and service
I like a huge amount of goods and various prices. Delivery is always in time. But the shipping price is very high, so I prefer to order on Agradi only when I want something expensive or a lot of small stuffs
