I was looking for a replacement glass for my fan. Before this I had ordered a wrong item from another provider and it did not fit. On Creoven.eu website, the best part was how the details of the item were provided including diameter, and which model its will fit. Ordering was very easy and fast. The delivery came very fast through DHL. Another great feature was how professionally the package was packed. Since I ordered glass / fragile item, it well packed to ensure the item did not get damaged in transit. Very pleased with my first purchase and definitely recommend this site to all.

The online purchase was straightforward as it should be with any modern online shop. But I strongly believe the sell is not finish until the customer receives the parcel. And I didn´t receive the parcel, despite been at home both my wife and myself waiting.
I don´t care if DHL employs dishonest drivers that report the customer is not at home when they are. I think the seller still bears responsibility for this as well and pretty sure mine is not a single isolated incident. Thanks to the DHL driver I had to wait another day and bother wasting time driving 2km to collect the parcel at a shop. No, I am not happy about it. Yes, I do think companies shouldn´t engage in " transport deals" if standards are not met and change delivery companies when they behave like this.
