Soy usuario de 2 ventiladores mod. TIBU. los dos han fallado en el mando a distancia. Con el primer mando que falló, estuvimos intercambiando piezas del propio ventilador hasta comprobar que el problema estaba en el mando. Enviaron uno nuevo y todo resuelto. Ahora ha dejado de funcionar el mando del segundo ventilador. Con la experiencia anterior ya he pedido directamente el mando, que ha llegado en el plazo previsto y funciona perfecto. Este mando, y el anterior, no son los originales pero son perfectamente compatibles. Lamentablemente estos mandos funcionan con infrarojos, y están fallando. Actualmente los mandos ya funcionan con radiofrecuencia y evitan el problema de las lámparas de infrarojos. La comunicación con Creoven y su respuesta ha sido fantástica y muy resolutiva. Gracias

It is difficult to position the wires inside in the richt order and to put the cap on it. I have to be patiënt to do it richt. I assembled the rotorbladen at last and have difficults to put the srews in without damage them. Afterwards the functioning of the rotorbladen is excellent and I are happy with it.

First purchase at your shop.The product (air circulator) was also new to me. The transaction was easy and delivery in good timing. I have used the product briefly (since I bought it as a support for ventilating a flat under the roof) when the weather got too hot and it seems to do a good job.
