One of the shades for our ceiling fan broke, and we could not find a replacement anywhere. Eventually found crescent, and they special ordered a replacement for us. Very thankful they could help us. It shipped and arrived quickly and in good condition, and our fan is back in top shape.

The rod that I order should have been chrome, but i received a white one.
