I ordered the wrong replacement shade for my Viper fan. It didn't state when I ordered it, which fan it was for. There was only which looked similar, so I went for that
I was on holiday when it arrived and when I tried to return it, they said I was too late as it had gone past its 14 day return deadline. When I explained, they agreed I could send it back and get 30% reduction on what I paid, plus I would have to pay for the return mmyself.its still sitting here!doing nothing.
