I was skeptical about buying a forklift from a website... but I had already bought many things from them, and they have always been available and reliable. They organized transport and delivery with unloading for me, I didn't have to do anything other than get on the forklift and take it inside the warehouse. Fantastic forklift, even better than the description on the website!!!

We purchased a solar carport from TOPREGAL, including solar modules, inverter, and storage (batteries). The following aspects particularly impressed us: 1) pre-purchase advice: when selecting the components to order, we received top-notch advice considering the local situation and usage requirements. A tailor-made purchase recommendation was developed without pushing us toward overly complex solutions. 2) the organization and punctuality of order processing and delivery. There were specific and strict requirements for both the delivery location and timing. This was expertly managed by the personnel in sales and dispatch. 3) the quality of the delivered goods and flawless functioning. The quality of the carport is top-notch. High-quality, precise, and stable aluminum profiles and connecting elements, a sophisticated design along with detailed construction instructions allowed us to assemble it effortlessly. The carport makes a very solid impression. 4) post-purchase advice: after complete wiring, the system worked at the push of a button. TOPREGAL offered to go through the extensive parameterization options, explaining and tailoring them to local needs where needed. We happily made use of this repeatedly. 5) the friendliness and patience of telephone consultancy: as non-professionals in this complex environment, we surely had one or another silly question. All questions were answered very kindly and with great patience. Thank you very much for that!

We purchased a customer stopper DKS-LED43 incl. transport box from TecMaschin. The advice was great, delivery flawless. It successfully passed the first practical test. The only downside: although ordered in Switzerland (topregal.ch) and "free delivery", I received an invoice from customs (VAT and customs clearance). This should be mentioned in the notes or covered by Topregal!

From quote creation, through ordering to delivery and assembly, everything went great. On the website, you could configure pre-made models and request a quote. This was promptly prepared and sent to us. After ordering, the date for delivery and assembly was agreed upon. Everything went smoothly. The shelves are of stable quality with reasonable workmanship. No burrs or sharp edges. Everything neatly painted. Happy to do it again.

The colleagues on site are very helpful and friendly. The goods were well packed and ready for pickup, and I was even helped with loading.\nI bought a digital display. A note regarding a possible referral to the supplier of the displays: The flight case for it has poor workmanship and is not recommended. It would also be good if the case opened on the broad side so the display could be easily rolled in and wouldn't require an excessive amount of force to push in and out. For a woman, removing the display from the flight case is almost impossible, and in the current version, at least two people are needed to push it in.

Fast delivery, reasonable price, everything delivered without damage or the like. Minus: unfortunately, the delivery through the forwarding company didn’t go smoothly… Although it was announced the day before (!!) that a 7.5-tonne with a tail lift would deliver (no forklift at the delivery address!), a 40-tonne WITHOUT a tail lift arrived. Truck directed to the main location. Unload, load onto own 7.5-tonne, transport to actual address, unload again, return to main location with a total of 1.5 hours of effort handled personally...

Unfortunately, it being the holidays it was quite awkward to deliver but the customer service organised it for the day I was back. Unfortunately they tried to deliver when we were closed but when I explained they delivered it first thing the next morning. The item itself is exactly what we need.

We bought a scrubber-dryer machine and so far I can only say that we are completely satisfied, both with the device itself and with Topregal's performance. The process to find the right device was very customer-oriented. The order and corresponding offers were very well tailored to us, allowing us to benefit from an additional promotion on cleaning agents that we would have needed anyway later on. The logistical process was very transparent, and the delivery went absolutely smoothly. The device itself also has an excellent price-performance ratio, and our employees are thoroughly impressed. The ordered goods and subsequent delivery were basically fine. However, the ordering process was unnecessarily complicated for me. Since I ordered from the Swiss website, I assumed that the order would also be fully processed through a Swiss company. Only after placing the order was I informed that Swiss VAT and additional customs clearance costs would be charged. When I inquired about the total additional costs, I unfortunately didn't receive a concrete answer. Additionally, the order that had already been made online had to be reviewed and explicitly approved by email before it was further processed. In the end, everything worked, but I think the process and communication could be made more transparent and simpler.

Topregal offers very beautiful, sturdy material in fresh, pleasant colors. Home delivery is a matter of only a few days. You are well informed in advance about the day and time of delivery. It is important to carefully follow the instructions; otherwise, assembly is not achieved so quickly. It is crucial to respect the precise indicated distance between the crossbars by counting the holes. Once you understand the system, assembly goes very quickly. 100% satisfied.

From purchase to pickup (in our case) the service was top-notch. We were advised at all times and received all necessary information via email. The fact that Topregal offers both the option to deliver the products and allows self-pickup at the customer's request is very positive for us. And when you consider that a discount is granted for self-pickup, you know you're in good hands. We will gladly shop at Topregal again when needed. Thank you very much!

After a long search by myself and Topregal for the missing article (no result by the way), Topregal decided to refund me the full amount neatly. I want to emphasize that they did everything to help me find the article. Unfortunately without result. Such things happen sometimes, but all's well that ends well, I think.\nMany customer services could take Topregal as an example.

The customer service is very professional. You have staff who speak several languages, and as far as I am concerned, that's very good because otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to order from you. The quality-price ratio is very fair and interesting.

I received shelves from my landlord. However, for my purposes, some parts were still missing. I found and ordered something in the shop.
