These burgundy loafers are my second pair of Kleman shoes and I could not be happier. Your mixture of high quality, timeless style, and value (Kleman shoes are not cheap, but they are a bargain compared to similar quality shoes) is unique in my experience. Your service is also superb. The experience working with your shipping company, DHL, is effortless and fast. I am a happy customer for life!

A painful experience - I have been so excited to try Kleman shoes. The pair I purchased looked very appealing and I could not wait to try them but thought that I should at least wait until I've tried wearing them 2 times. Though the shoe area is very comfortable, the sole is stiff and uncomfortable to wear. I thought that I might get used to them - no such luck. Also, I didn't understand the very small tab at the back of the shoe. If it was there to help one pull the shoe on, it was a complete fail, as it is so small it just slips from one's 2 fingers. It does seem to open but not one of my fingers could fit the again, very small opening. As far as this detail is concerned, you might consider leaving it off entirely, as it is not fit for purpose. It is no "cheap" shoe so I should not have to walk on stiff slabs of synthetic material. It is such a shame. I can only hope that over time, much time, the sole becomes more pliant. Please consider my points of concern as I think Kleman should do so much better than this shoe. Finally, I feel strongly that at this price point, "wearing in" a shoe was no longer required. Thank you. I may try again.

Quick deliveries to England. Just be careful of the value, to stay below the import duty trigger level. Products are generally very good, although I have a pair of mens sandals which are made of leather which is too soft and floppy. But usable. I had a broken buckle recently. A replacement buckle was sent to me, no charge, which I fitted myself. I particularly like the leather linings, very few shoes have that now. Fake leather is very bad for feet.

Why? It's a very-well made pair of sandals. But you must know that. I ordered the smaller of the choices as instructed (between 42 and 43), and at first they were tight across the top of my feet. But the leather is soft, so they are already shaping themselves. The postage was expensive (to UK) but it was extremely quick and reliable. You ask what could you do better? Have a size 42.5?

The shoes were supple the firm right out of the box. No defects in craftsmanship. It seemed to me to be an excellent value for the relatively modest price, and made their way to the United States very promptly via DHL. I usually wear a size 9.5 US, and these EU 42 fit me perfectly.

I wanted a pair of shoes that rival the Tom Sachs/Nike GPS, but with more premium materials... well, I found them. The Granite is a superior shoe and are comfortable and gorgeous. You will get compliments wearing these (especially in North America where Kleman isn't popular).

These shoes are very reasonably priced and are made very well. I especially love the texture of the suede and I enjoy the extra stitching. Also, the sole has excellent traction. I'm looking forward to wearing these this autumn.

The sandals I ordered are very well made, look great and are a pleasure to wear. I particularly admire the extra stitching and studs on the straps as well as how comfortable they are. I would also like to know a little more about Kleman products.

The online purchasing experience was smooth and everything on the brand’s side worked perfectly. However, I am very disappointed with the choice of delivery service (DPD, at least in the Netherlands). I have no clear information about my parcel, no proper updates. I was supposed to receive it on Saturday, then they said the address was wrong (not true). Ask them to leave it in a pick up point yesterday, and still no idea where the package is. This is today from the website, I quote "Your parcel will be delivered to the selected Pickup point on: 22-06-2026". The tracking system is not working correctly, so I currently don’t know where my package is or what has happened to it. This creates a lot of frustration and uncertainty, especially after several days of delay and no communication. I understand logistics can be complex, but this experience has been far below expectations due to the courier service used. Check Trustpilot for the reviews. I would strongly recommend reconsidering the choice of delivery partners in the future.

The suede shoes are very comfortable right out of the box. Overall the shoes are lovely. Shoe laces are thin so I do not know how long they will last. Very fast shipping! Please be aware when shipping overseas, the buyer will need to pay an import tax.

The shoe look great! Unfortunately I followed the size recommended and I purchased the shoe one size too big. Now I'm unable to wear it and unable to return due to the shipping cost.

How quickly they shipped. Very surprised. I think the extra shipping fee was maybe mentioned but it took me by surprise.
