friendly and helpful staff in the store
friendly and helpful staff in the brick-and-mortar store in Krakow - finally! Because for a long time the staff was very unfriendly and treated the customer as less intelligent

the purchase was quick and smooth, according to earlier opinions about Keen sandals you should buy 1 size larger. Luckily, I tried them on in the store and ordered 0.5 size bigger. They fit perfectly.

Although the ordered shoes were damaged,
they were exchanged at the stationary shop in Wrocław.
I have the impression that the people working at the stationary shop are not there by chance.

Thank you for the quick processing of the order, the expert advice, and also for the help in resolving the issue with the double order.
And the Nemo Tensor mattress just as it should be, light and comfortable.
Highly recommended

The jacket was great, although it wasn't my style. I made a return and received the money very quickly. I bought a different style and it's amazing. I recommend it for both quality and reliability of the store.

Great store, but...
Great store, large selection. Minus for the fact that personal pickup and payment in the store are limited to only 2 products. It's a pity I could order and try on only 2 of the 5 pairs of pants I liked. I don't see rational reasons for such limitations. But overall a big +

Wrong Size Delivered
The order was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, the hiking boots were delivered in the wrong size. The size 42 was printed on the boots, but the attached tag stated size 42.5.
Half a size made the difference, so I returned the product.

Ordering process in-store and fitting…
The ordering process in-store and fitting before purchase, despite ordering online, does not allow for returns. Of course, one can circumvent it - try on in-store, leave and order online. Store personnel have extra work and the customer also waits for an initiation, but well... the problem has persisted for years and reaching standards like Sportano is being overlooked...

Very quick order processing. Very polite and professional conversation with the advisor. I had the opportunity to speak with an advisor who tried very hard to assist in product selection and provided professional advice.

Unfortunately, the poles are too high for me
I didn't check the height and it turned out to be from 120 cm and I need 110. The poles are unused, but I removed the tags and can't send them back

Revelation, shopping online. In stores, the service is not friendly, they are not interested in customers. The internet has great promotions.
