The service was good but I needed extra links for my watch and I got that straight away but then I noticed that the battery was dead. This was very disappointing. I had to, again go the retailer to have the battery replaced when I hadn't even worn the watch, yet!. The retailer advice that it is better to buy from the retailer that the internet. In this case he may have been right :-(
Anyways the watch is working perfectly now.
Their commitment is 5-7 days delivery time but almost 2 weeks after the shipment the package is still traveling somewhere around Europe and no answer is given to my requests by the 'customer care' of cluse. Unacceptable!

The order has never arrived and I have neither the watch not the money and if the order did not arrive I would need a refund and I don't know how to contact you.
It is unbelievable that no one has replied for days.
