The bag is beautiful. It’s like having a daily stylish purse but in backpack mode. I’m a medical resident and was always the carrying my purse and a suitcase bag with my laptop. Lots of bags, right? Now I carry everything here and I always look well. The almond color goes amazing with all my outfits. The quality is the thing that doesn’t let me give 5 stars. It’s not amazing for the expensive price it costs. I think it’ll be damaged in a few months with scratches and things but let’s see :) hope not!

Really disappointed with my purchase this time. The watch feels flimsy and cheap. Nothing like the one I purchased 5 years ago which I wear every day because it’s sturdy and gas kept it’s condition

So - so

- my cluse is not ready to wear when I got it. - I have to go out and find a jewellery to adapt the bracelet first. - I ordered wrong I guess, I wanted a leather bracelet, not like it is now. - I love cluse, looking forward to wear the watch.. when it’s ready .. :(

The quality was not as expected as they were few tiny tiny dots in the bag when I had arrived , expected a better quality, also the cancellation process is not so convenient as once ordered it never allows to cancel but only return is possible I have mistakenly ordered a different colour but couldn't cancel it and had to accept the delivery. Out of everything the quality is poor too

There seems to be an issue with payment. I tried numerous times to make a purchase, I tried numerous cards, both my own and my partners and also used Paypal, every single time there was an error message. I contacted someone and they said it was strange but no help. Somehow my Revolut card worked and I got an order in. I had a second occasion I tried to place an order for and this time absolutely no card or payment method would work so I could not make my purchase. The entire process was extremely frustrating and unreliable and for a card to work it seemed to be completely random, out of about 10 attempts on 2 separate purchases only 1 attempt worked. I would not order from this website again. I have zero issues on any other website or with PayPal so it is entirely an error on the website.

You should improve your customer experience by a lot.

The return policy is very bothersome. You gotta take multiple steps, some of them seem very unnecessary like privately letting CLUSE know by e-mail that you would like to return a product. Just let your customers return? Having the form added to the package instead of having to print it yourself would be welcome as well. You should also make your order forms so that a customer has to fill out every important info. My street number wasn't noted down so my package is in limbo and I've been waiting for over 2 weeks now. After finding this out myself I contacted you but you kindly directed me to the shipping company. You should improve your customer experience by a lot for me to order again or recommend.

Item was returned by the courier because it was missing a shipping label. No one replies to messages, I've had one response to confirm my address but otherwise I've heard nothing in over a week. I've had to raise a claim with PayPal to get a refund

I’ve still not received it so I can’t rate the product. Delivery people can’t find my house I’ve asked them to take it the post office and they still have failed to do this so it’s damped the excitement of the product

Express delivery is fake. I made a order on a Wednesday afternoon and didn’t receive my package until Monday. After asking for a refund they told me it was bank holiday in Germany, so I didn’t get anything back.
