It was very easy to make an order. Everything was like it was written in e mali.
But when my order was coming to me for 5-6days nothing has happened in status until I wrote to Cluse and my official post office to see what is going on. Next morning got my order with written specific time on, that had to be done. And I am so happy with the watch. I was more secure because I took this tipe of insurance.

The watch on itself was amazing,
but the strap was odd. The leather was good but Cluse added inside it kind of a metal for it to keep the form, making it hard to wear on big waists like mine; overall, the rest of the product is good.

I needed to replace an earlier Cluse as it had been dropped. I was able to get an identical model in the winter sale for less than the cost of a repair. I was also able to track my delivery from start to finish. Well done Cluse!
