Plants were healthy and delivered in just a few days . All good experience from start to finish . Great website ----- good info and timely updates on purchase. I have a 23 year old garden and am by the sea with a windy wet climate so gardening is a challenge . Never very cold but always quite wet . Hydrangeas and Berberis along with a handful of other shrubs and perennials survive nicely here so my garden has always brought me many compliments . My recent purchases from you will of course further enhance my garden.

Received 20 plants,10 had brown spot and 5 were wilted and in poor health. I didn't expect to have sick plants sent to me. This brown spot didn't happen over night in the box. All the roots had completely outgrown the pots they were shipped in, although these did look healthy, they should have been in the ground with roots that long. I also, and its my own fault, didn't realise that just because the company has a dot IE website, it does not mean they are based in Ireland. I wouldn't usually buy plants that need shipping like this. I buy local plants and Ireland based suppliers to prevent receiving wilted and poor quality plants. Ti.e will tell if these plants can be revived.

I ordered 6 Asters but only received 5. I was offered a refund because to replace the missing plant would cost more than the postage. So! I wanted 6 and it wasn't my problem that they left me one short. This is the second time this has happened recently - another supplier gave me 10 bulbs instead of 12 which is also annoying. Apart from this my other items in the order were fine and packaging and speed of delivery were very good!

We're sorry if you missed an Aster bulb in the package. For reasons of minimum package weight, shipping costs (€14.95) and C02 our system automatically refunds the item at €1.92. This is a decision we have taken because the parcel could not be handled by the carrier.

My grapevine was very shabby looking when it arrived. Had I seen it in a garden centre I would not have bought it in this condition. I have planted it and hoping it will produce. My orange plant was perfect.

Your delivery partner was very poor. The shipment arrived in parts over the course of a week with one of the heather's half dead. On of the delivery drivers left them upside down. When queried and brought to his attention the box said live plant and upright arrows, he shrugged and said "they've been thrown all over the van all day".

One of the plants were unavailable after order had been made. The second half of my order cam a few days after the first delivery. Your customer service was fast and professional but I would prefer to have avoided needing customer service all together

7 of the 15 bare root plants were of very poor quality

The Speedy prompt delivery was cancelled out by the poor quality bareroot plants, they looked more like root cuttings, difficult to distinguish the top from the bottom , see photo. very little information didn’t help either, waste of money

We would like to draw your attention to the response provided by our customer service, which appears to have been overlooked or deliberately disregarded in your recent communication. The information conveyed in the aforementioned response remains accurate, and we kindly request your consideration of the details therein. 2 days ago (Wed, 27 Dec 2023 at 4:31 PM) Customer service reply) Good afternoon, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. After reviewing the provided photos, we want to assure you that the appearance of Gypsophila paniculata roots is within the normal range. Prior to planting, we recommend soaking the roots in a bowl of water for approximately four hours. This process helps hydrate and prepare them for successful planting. Despite their initial appearance, Gypsophila paniculata roots possess a natural ability to seek out light, when buried under a layer of soil at a depth of 10-12 centimeters. Rest assured, once these products are planted in well-drained, clean soil, your order is guaranteed from the date of purchase until May 1, 2024. This timeframe provides ample opportunity to monitor growth and address any concerns. We encourage you to reach out with new photos in the event of non-growth in mid-spring. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding. If you have further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. Best regards, The Customer Service

A purchase was a gift and there did not seem to be any cards to write a message, also I would have liked the option of purchasing a container for the plant.

Thank you for your feedback. We have 10ºC at night and 16ºC during the day. The Helleborus nige are not visually attractive at this time of year as young specimens. Do not worry once planted the young plants will remain dormant the all fall and winter the transition will take place in the spring the order is guaranteed until May 1, 2024.

In winter, perennial plants, shrubs, and trees that are grown outdoors (where it is 2ºC in the morning) do not yet show growth because the sap is dormant and not yet circulating. Do not worry, once our products are planted in well-drained and clean soil, the order is guaranteed from the date of purchase until May 1, 2024, giving you ample time to contact us with new photos if there is no growth by mid-spring.

Our plants are nursery plants, grown outdoors all year round and therefore exposed to sun and weather. Strawberry foliage, which starts in March, always declines at the end of August, which is completely in line with the plant's natural cycle.

We recently learned about the condition of the spider plants you received, and we are sorry to hear that the plant haven't been thriving as expected. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to provide guidance on how to revive the plants. To help you rejuvenate your spider plants, consider the following tips: Ensure that the soil is consistently moist but not waterlogged. Spider plants prefer well-draining soil. Place the plants in indirect sunlight. Spider plants do well in bright, indirect light but can also tolerate lower light conditions. Allow the top inch of soil to dry out before watering. Overwatering can lead to root rot. Trim any yellow or brown leaves at the base to encourage new growth. Additionally, we want to assure you that our plants come with a guarantee until May 1, 2024. If, despite your efforts, the plants do not show signs of improvement or if you have any further concerns, please reach out to us. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to find a suitable solution. Feel free to contact our customer service with any questions or updates on the plant's condition. We appreciate your understanding and are dedicated to making sure you have a positive experience with our products.

Thank you for feedback regarding our nursery plants cultivated outdoors. We appreciate your interest and are here to address any questions or concerns you may have. It's important to note that in winter, especially during temperatures as low as -4ºC, the growth of plants can indeed slow down or even cease. This is a natural response to colder conditions, and certain species may appear twig-like during this period. You just need to protect the base with some mulch or some straw during the winter. Do not worry once planted in a well drained soil the plants will develop mid-spring season we offer guarantee until the 01/05/2024.

Plants extremely small

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your concern about the size of the plants you received. It's important to note that during the transition from autumn to winter, many plants enter a dormant phase, leading to a temporary halt in visible growth. This natural process is crucial for the plant's overall health and ensures a strong start when the growing season resumes in spring. The small size you observe is likely a result of this dormancy, and we assure you that, given the right care and conditions, the plants will exhibit robust growth when the season is conducive. If there are specific care instructions provided with your order, following them diligently will contribute to the successful development of your plants.

Mother Nature Apparently

I bought from this site before I realised the company is based in the Netherlands and that the plants would be arriving from there. I wanted to support an Irish company. Hey ho. I ordered ten plants from the sale. There is a visual disparity shall we say between a shrub advertised and the one I received, although the label says it is indeed the shrub I ordered so how can I complain? Two grasses arrived half-dead and the bushes had been cut perhaps to fit the packaging box but probably just to cut off the many dead twigs. To be fair, customer service did respond. Initially, when they gave me the wrong tracking number and then when I sent them photos complaining about the poor condition of part of my order. To give you an idea as I can't post photos onto Trustpilot, one browning and dehydrated grass had been cut like a square of turf and pressed into a small plastic pot. Anyone who cares about plants wouldn't treat them this way. A company who respects their customers wouldn't sell such bad quality products. Customer service told me that the dead leaves and branches were part of the natural process, having been "exposed to wind, sun and rain". And "don't worry, just remove the leaves by hand". That "once planted in the garden, it will grow harmoniously with the seasons for many years to come". So Mother Nature to the rescue apparently. By the way, I told the company I would have to leave a disappointed review. They should be used to it by now.
